Chuy's has always served up great Tex-Mex. When we moved close to this one in 2013, we took friends from Europe, here. Food was poor and so was the service. We have been to other Chuy's and had nice experiences, but won't go back to this one.

One of my favorite Mexican restaurants...dare I say...ever! The tortilla chips are as thin as paper machete but so deliciously crispy and perfectly salted. And the creamy ranch sauce (not sure of the name), we usually end up ordering at least 4-5 extra bowls because it's the salsa of the gods. I would go in just for that if I... More

I love everything about this place. The ambience, the wait staff, the food. It's all good. I particullarly like the cream jalapeno dip for the chips. I took some home with me. They did charge me $1.00 for the cup which sort of irritated me.

I have been eating at Chuy's since the first one opened in Austin back in 1982. Nothing can compare to the original's atmosphere and memories but this location does a pretty good job. This location opened several years ago and I don't think we have had a bad meal. We usually get Beef Fajitas (tasty) but on occasion I will... More

Chips and salsa and ranch was very good, ordered the queso($7). The pork enchiladas were very good. Service was just a bit slow but overall no major complaints.

I'm not a real Mexican food fan so when my wife goes out to eat without me she always chooses Chuy's. She says that they have fantastic dips. I wouldn't know but she swears by it.

My wife and I usually eat here two or three times a month. It's close, reasonably priced, the food is consistently good and the service is always great. My wife has her one or two favorites, but lately I've been trying the various specials. Even when they are busy, the food comes out quick. Just a fun place to have... More

We are regulars (once a week) at Chuy's. We have been enjoying the ambiance in the bar area and seating is immediate at all tables around the bar. However, the service is so bad that after sitting up there for the last year we had decided to finally just start sitting in the restaurant area again. After 2 visits of... More

we had lunch and it was very good. My wife's sister is visiting from up-state NY and we decided to take her to Chuy's. She enjoyed her meal very much. We dine at Chuy's often and we are never disappointed. My wife and i try to choose something different every time; it's always good. The wait staff is always excellent,... More
