We stayed in Texas City before a cruise and had dinner at Gringo's. Wonderful food and great service. We were seated in the back which was nice and quiet.

Large menu, reasonable prices, excellent service, very good TexMex food. What more can you say to recommend GRINGOS.

When eating with a group I am really upset when the meal order of one of the group is either not delivered at the same time as everyone else or there is a problem with one or more order. This disrupts the whole experience as people are left eating on their own for some reason. This happened during our latest... More

Love this place. Queso is awesome. Even with a wait, it is well worth it. Very upbeat and food is good and a free ice cream to top it all off.

First time eating here and will be last. Food came at 3 different times. When I asked about the sauce inside the chimichanga, I was lied to. First saying that he had eaten everything on the menu then said that he hadn't. The only redeeming feature was that the chimichanga was the best cooked one I've ever had!!

Tonight we wanted something good that we could get quick. Gringos came to mind but we got it to go. We enjoyed the chicken fajitas for 2 and was very happy with our selection. The hostess took the time to make sure in my presence the order was correct. Great job. Keep up the good work!

Great food, good service, potent margaritas. My hubby and my fave tex-mex place in Galveston County. We've been coming here for 15 years. I haven't found better yet.

We always eat at Gringo's on our way to leave for a cruise. Their avocado sauce is amazing and the food is just as good! Pretty atmosphere, nice people, and a great experience every time!

Good food, good service. Always enjoy Gringo's Mexican food. Enjoy the chips and salsa and fajita's. Is it the best Mexican food i've had, well in southern Texas there is a lot to compare to, None the less, good food and good service.
