My original review was five stars. Today it goes to 1 one over $4.20. we ordered buffalo chicken wings, they brought out barbeque wings. We sent them back and about 7 minutes later they brought out buffalo wings. The problem is, wings take 15 minutes to cook. We had our crab and lobster already so I waited to finish that before trying the wings. About 15 minutes. After one bite I could see blood coming from the under cooked wings. Now keep in mind they had been sitting still cooking under their own heat. So they would've been extremely raw if I had tried to eat them when they first came out. So 15 minutes they are still bleeding as you can see in the picture. No problem, that's stuff happens. We asked the waitress to take them off the bill. She returns obviously upset by the manager offering us 30% off the bloody raw wings! No that's not a solution and yes I made a scene. They still charges $4.20 cents for the raw wings that I had tàken one bite off one of the slimy not crunchy in any way wings.
We have been eating there w to 3 times a month since January. That's over $300 per month they lose over an idiotic decision to charge me for wings that if we had eaten would likely cause hospitalization for salmonella poisoning. If they can't see that they don't need to be serving food. This is a dangerous operation that needs to be shut down immediately.
Needless to say we will never return and I will be attempting to take these wings to the health department if Texarkana has one. It's lucky for them as had we eaten the wings there would've been a huge lawsuit following.
.The place is dirty now, food all over the walls as you can see in the attached photo.
This is far from over juicy's. You cannot treat customers like this, making them pay for YOUR mistake and in the process likely causing serious harm or death to your patrons. Don't bother reaching out as the time for resolution was whíle we were still in the food positioning establishment.
Get ready, I've just begun.
