I love their food. It is fresh and favorable. The owner always gets you with a smile. The prices are reasonable. We strongly recommend it!!!

We love their food. It is fresh and delicious. There is a new chef who is bringing new flavorful dishes. I do not understand why it is not packed all the time. Come. Try it. You will like it. You will love it!

Ok kind of food. Nothing taste like Indian food. I went for lunch buffet and taste was not good except chicken curry. As, I'm lover of North Indian good, it was big disappointment.

What a wonderful experience to sample Indian cuisine for the first time at this delightful cafe. I am glad I trusted Trip Advisor's reviews when selecting Cafe India as we were passing through Sugarland. Food was well prepared, Naan was out of this world, all the selections I sampled from the buffet were excellent. The wait staff was helpful and... More

This is still our favorite lunch buffet for Indian food. The flavors are terrific and the naan is great. They even offer the buffet on Saturday, although they are closed on Tuesdays. It's located in a storefront and very unassuming. The cost is very reasonable. The owner, Sultan, is usually on site and very accommodating.

This restaurant is close to my office so it is convenient for me to pop in for a quick lunch. I usually eat here once a week. The lunch buffet is great! I had never tried Indian food before eating at Café India and now it is one of my favorite cuisines! They have a good variety of choices on... More

This hole in the wall in First Colony makes some of the BEST Masala, Saag Paneer and Naan I have ever had... anywhere... including India! They are never crowded and they suffer from location. I think the thing that keeps them open is the take out business. There is a Chaat place right next door, that they also now own... More

I hesitated about this review as I am not a connoisseur of Indian food with my Indian food experiences somewhat limited. While they have menu choices, we ordinarily go here at lunch time and choose the buffet. The choices are varied and include very hotly seasoned to not so hotly seasoned. I gave it an above average rating based on... More

We used to go there a lot but it has new owners and the ambience and personal service seems to have gone. It was very quiet, it is clean and the food was fine but no atmosphere to encourage a return visit.

Choosing from a wide menu satisfies all tastes - often collecting the quality meals in super quick time. Conveniently placed, with easy parking. You might find cheaper, but authentic Indian is worth seeking out. Enjoy eating in or takeout.
