This has been our 2nd time visiting I45 Diner and the service/food hasn't changed. The service is great and friendly. They make you feel welcomed. The food was great as well. Big portions. If your kids aren't big eaters a place can easily be spilt...between 2 of them. The burger was huge and juicy. Their Philly Cheesesteak was good as well.More

I like the fact that you can order a breakfast any time of the day or night. The menu is varied. From seafood to mexican food to breakfast to sandwiches. I've never had anything bad here. The portions are generous as well.

Very friendly staff...the amount of food you get is crazy, crazy good! My mom and I shared the steak omelette it was so big. Grits are the best, and the pancakes didn't disappoint either. And the price is just right! Very reasonable. I have been...twice, and they did not let me down each time.More

I’ve eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner here and the food is great and reasonably priced. Very casual with great service.

Hidden in a strip mall on E Cypresswood across Spring High School is this diner even my pickiest of eaters actually requests. From the outside it isn't impressive, which fed our reluctance to try it. Upon neighbors advice we ventured in one evening. The focus...is on delicious atmosphere, not expensive signage and decor. The food: freshly made and a lot of it. The problem has become that it is so good I have no leftovers to take home. And this is also true of anyone who has ever eaten there with me. They serve all kinds of breakfasts all day and you can add chicken fried steak to your eggs and French toast. The I 45 burger and their bacon and egg burger are delicious. Huge. Try the onion rings with it. I haven't tried all the burgers but I bet they are equally good. Everything is cooked to order so you may wait longer than Whataburger. It's worth it. The place is clean. Even the restrooms. The staff are very friendly. You gotta give this place a chance. It's been our go to for a while. The prices? Low. My husband and I can fill up on $20, and able to gladly add a generous tip.More

I had breakfast there this morning and it was my first visit, but it won’t be my last. Got the meat lovers omelette and I couldn’t finish it as it was huge! I wanted to finish it. I tried to finish it. But it was...just too much. I got an English muffin instead of the pancakes and it’s just as well. Staff was very friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was fun. I’ll be back.More

Full disclosure: my family eats here so often the staff recognizes us as regulars. The flip side of that is that for the year or so we've been frequenting this diner, we've been waited on by the same friendly folks. I LOVE that sense of...connection, and the relaxed environment - pleasant, but not too fancy. And I haven't even mentioned the food yet. We've made almost a game out of ordering different combinations and trading bites to try what's on everyone's plate and we have yet to make a bad choice. It's hard to decide what to order because that means there are at least six other tempting options you're missing out on. They serve all-day breakfast, classic Americana , a few Tex Mex options, sandwiches and more. There are not a huge range of dessert options but the shakes honor the traditions of the classic soda fountain variety and the peach cobbler is so good you should probably not discuss it around your mom (grandma, aunt?). The prices for all this are quite reasonable and it's a great place to take the whole family to relax and enjoy a great meal!More

Amazing breakfast! Had 2 to go boxes there was so much food! The skillet was huge! Can't wait to come back to try something else! Our server, Betty, is a sweetheart!

Almost drove away because this place is tucked into a strip mall. Once inside it was OK. It looked like a diner should. Super friendly service and typical diner fare. Too much salt on those fries and they put chipotle sauce on the salad and...on the patty melt. It was good but a little much. Must be a Texas thing. Don't let the strip mall fool you. This place is definitely a diner.More
