This was my first visit to Golden Jade. They only have three tables for dine-in and no wait staff so you have to order at the cash register and they bring your food to the table. I ordered the General Tso's Chicken with fried rice, egg roll, and egg drop soup. The soup was very tasty. The chicken itself was pretty good but the sauce on it was not spicy but more sweet & sour which I dislike. The egg roll was pretty good. The fried rice wasn't bad but the dish was heavy on rice and light on chicken. The service was fast and friendly. The prices are comparable to other Chinese restaurants in the area.

Good service and tasty dishes. The decor is clean. The plates are not disposable but ceramic. There's no problem looking for a parking space.

Great to Go

My wife and I have been eating here at Golden Jade since moving here to Old Town Spring fifteen years ago. We love just getting our food to go and just take home. It's nice to eat there as well.

The food was not good and the order was not what we wanted. we will never go back again. Please do not visit this restaurant. You will have a bad experience.

This place has been there for years so that should tell you how good the food and service is. I'v been going there for years and I haven't had one bad meal. Got to try the hot and spicy soup.

Try their Orange Chicken, ask for sautéed (not fried)

Service is very friendly. Food is very good. If there is anything you prefer sautéed instead of fried, just ask them! Great lunch specials ($6.25 - $7.75), can't go wrong. Family-run place. I recommend trying the orange chicken sautéed and their egg-drop soup for lunch.

Quick, Easy, Cheap Chinese!

We like Golden Jade A LOT! It's cheap and the food comes out quick. The food is mediocre but we've never had any problems waiting or issues with our food. The restaurant is also very clean. Ours drinks are constantly taken care of by a waiter and we are always taken care of.

Great Chinese but NOT A buffet.

Service good, food is wonderful. I typically get their General Tso Chicken for lunch and it will make 2 lunches. It's hard to find GOOD Chinese food these days. It's in a strip center, but don't let that stop you. You won't be disappointed.

Good take out worth it close to the freeway fair prices,nice decor and a large menu selection. Can't go wrong there,friendly wait staff.

Friendly helpful staff. We were there for lunch. The lunch menu offers plenty of variety. We had two starters, 2 main courses with rice and chips, 2 glasses of wine and 2 coffees for €38. Food was good and portions were large. Probably the best Chinese restaurant in the Waterford area. Would definitely go back.

THE best chinese take out in Spring

Our go to Chinese place! Literally, they know us by name. We always take out and we actually drive out of the way to get it from here. Excellent portions, average prices, always delicious and fresh. Never have to wait longer than quoted and the staff is nice. I highly recommend.

Friendly and Affordable

Nice neighborhood place. Hidden away in a shopping center it delivers on the food and service. An extensive and reasonably priced Chinese menu makes for an enjoyable family dining experience. At the time of our visit they were not serving any alcohol though their menu lists alcoholic beverages. Would be nice if they were able to offer wine and beer.
