The bad: the location is unfortunate, tucked away at the end of a hidden parking lot. The ambiance inside is cold, with stained concrete floors, hi-back benches and a sushi bar that makes you feel like you're sitting in a hallway. The good: Hands down, the BEST sushi we've ever had. We eat a lot of sushi and travel a... More

Unfortunately, I had my first bad experience with Sushi Zushi last night. My family and I have been dining at the Southlake location for at least a year and love the food. We ordered about $150 in sushi to be delivered to us last night (5/29). The order taker said it would take 1 hour 15 minutes. (We live about... More

If only.... the outdoor seating didn't overlook a parking lot If only.... the service wasn't so slow and waiter so scatter-brain Because the sushi was awesome! I recommend skip ordering the 'table-side' tuna tower because all it meant was the waiter mixes up the prepared tower at your table. We would probably go back if we're in town again but... More

We only get sushi here and there is a good reason: it's the best in town! We love the Christina roll; jalepeno, sriracha, hello tail, yum! We also love the tempura appetizer. We eat here at least once a month, sometimes more. They have specials but usually only for 'dine in.' We always get the christina roll because we are... More

This restaurant is nice but not great. The menu is too extensive and confusing. The service was friendly. Not sure we will go back.

Sushi houses are in ample supply in the area, but give Sushi Zushi a try if you like traditional sushi, done very well. I've grown tired of Americanized twists on Japanese cuisine, but Sushi Zushi doesn't play in that space. They do a great job of classic sushi fare, no trendy extras needed. Happy hour deals are truly great. Bottle... More

The quality of sushi rolls here is very good. I have been here many times for work with groups where we each picked a roll so I have been able to sample much of the extended menu. I definitely recommend the Toreado roll or Strawberry roll. One of my favorite things they have is the spicy edamame. In fact, I... More
