I had the Rib eye 16 ounce steak One other person in the group also had the rib eye. Both steak were supposed to be Medium rare, they both came out both with just a tiny little bit pink. The last person in the group...ordered the strip steak and it was supposed to be Medium and it was well done. I will add that even though my steak was well over cooked the steak was seasoned very nice and did have a good flavor. The salad bar was very basic, lettuce, onions, baby carrots, cheese croutons, bacon bits (not real bacon) .More

This was a simple place in a small town with not many choices. I ordered the ribeye steak with baked potato and salad bar for $22.95. The steak was cooked perfectly. A great meal for the price. They have a full service bar but I...drank Shiner Bock in the bottle. A perfect Texas experience, and would happily go back! Please note that they have 2 billiard tables and smoking is allowed so you could get that atmosphere but we were there mid week when it was quieter and not too many smokers.More

We drove into Seymour from Lake Kemp and decided to try the Rusty Spur and we were very surprised by the clean interior and good food. The chips and queso are awesome. My husband had the ribeye tacos and loved them. I had the burger....It wasn’t the best burger ever but I would definitely order it again!More

A restruant, bar/pool hall with good food at a reasonable price. They do allow smoking so if you are adverse to smoking you will not be satisfied.

This is a pretty nice place in Seymour (good food and drink, enjoyed the tacos) but they need to make it non smoking for the health of all patrons. Until then I will probably avoid.

This comfortable, well managed Steakhouse serves good steaks with a smile. The whiskey is smooth as well. I'd drive out of my way to eat there again.

Their food was terrible. I had the 8 oz steak and it was beyond the worst steak I have ever had, and not to mention it took an hour for our food and it was only me and my dad. I will never eat there...again and I'd advise you not to either. If you want a real steak go to Texas Roadhouse. The steak that I had was over done and it was all fat no meat at all. I suggest that they get better waitresses and better cooks, or they will not be open much longer.More

I apologize for not responding sooner. I have been away. Unfortunately the Rusty Spur is not open on Sunday or Monday.
