Same food as previous Atan - wonderful!!

We tried Otsu last night as we used to love to go to the Atan restaurant that they took over. We wondered if it would be good. to our delight same menu! Food was exceptional as always! (The Atan in New Braunfels is still open) We ordered spicy tuna bon bons which melt in your mouth. Ceviche salad that was delicious - maybe better than we have had before since they added avocados. Crunchy Tuna tower - sweet and delicious and finally the Dallas Cowboy roll with crayfish. Can't wait to go back!
