I have only had their donuts and they are light and sweet. The donuts were the only thing I have eaten but I definitely will go back again when I want donuts.

Very friendly, family owned bakery. The doughnuts are delicious and addictive. The Mexican sweet bread is the best I've had in town. I highly recommend giving this place a try. Like others have stated, make sure to bring cash as they don't take debit or credit cards.

I know everybody seems to love Krispy Kreme but the donuts from La Popular would convert the most ardent KK lover. They melt in your mouth and seem to have exactly the perfect blend of dough, butter, sugar and fat. My only criticism is that someone didn't tell me about these until I lived here 15 years. Apparently they don't... More

I cannot tell you how many times I've actually eaten their doughnuts now or how many times I have highly recommended this place to others. You must go and try one while they... More

It's a small place and only takes cash, but if you are looking for a unique tasting donuts than this is your place to be. Get them fresh and hot... More

I need my donut fix and this is the place to get it. Forget Dunkin' or Krispy Kreme. These are the best.
