Very good burgers!

Burgers are very juicy and fresh with many options!!! Sides are pretty large and can be shared. Employees are friendly and take time answering questions for you.

Huge Burgers, really good fries

What can you say when you almost have to eat these burgers at two different meals. They are huge and there are enough seasoned fries in one order for two people. My personal favorites are the Mushroom Swiss and the Big Island. You will not leave hungry. A great meal for the price too.

Best Burger Around

The burgers here are excellent! The only better burger is cooked at home. My husband and I eat here often. The food is great and the value is good too.

Burger tasted like fish

My wife and i decided to try this spot after driving past it for four years and i desperately wish we had kept driving. Would have saved ourselves the $50 worth of trash food and disrespect we received from both the employees and management. After getting home to two completely wrong orders and a can of coke vs the ”large“ advertised on there website, I called for a reflund or replacement. I was met by an employee who couldn’t even tell me what the drink sizes were and had zero care or concern for the inconvenience this caused us. I then tried to stomach this burger that I had just forked out $50 for. It tasted like fish. i couldn’t get past the three bites I forced down. Save yourself the time and the money. do not try this place!

Terrible service

Recently ate Jungle Burger in Rowlett. I asked for my burger to have no jalapeno's. After my first bite i noticed it was loaded with jalapeno's so picked them all off and took another bite, but there was no removing the hot taste so mentioned to our Server that the burger came out with Jalapeno's. I told her that i didn't want to pay for the burger and she flippantly told me that she would only give me a discount on the burger. I then asked for a manager and she walked away with her hands straight up in the air yelling, "I am not going to deal with this today!". She later came back to my table to tell me they would give me a 30% discount (on a burger that was served incorrectly and had 2 bites) and then walked away. She never came back to the table. I had to go to the counter and check out. Never once did i receive an apology for the burger being served incorrectly and was forced to pay for a burger that I did not consume (less 30% discount). The rest of the meal was fine and no problem paying for any of it. It was only the Jalapeno infested burger that i had an issue with. I will never eat at their establishment again.

Great burgers and fries!

My bacon cheese burger was great! I loved the homemade patty. Great seasoning. The burger was cooked perfectly. We split our burger and had plenty for both people.

Delicious burgers and sandwiches

I've been here many, many times. Good priced food for large portion. Two people could share one burger combo. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Stopped in with the family for a bite on the way to my grandson's graduation. I love this place. The burgers are huge and tasty and messy, just wonderful. I had the Mushroom Cheeseburger which has Sautéed mushrooms, provolone cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, onions with tots! MMMMMm very good. Friendly staff and great burgers good prices , what more could you want!

Good burger, good prices

I had the Hickory burger and fries. The lunch special is only 6.50 so the price is reasonable. The service was quick but it was around 2pm on a Tuesday. The food was good. I would go back.

This place is consistently good. Burgers are huge!! Fries are great- salads are great. Prices reasonable. Get the ranch dressing! Homemade and you can use it for dipping. This is a go to place for us.

Have eaten there twice, once dine in, the other take out. The burgers are huge and quite good. First time dine in, we ordered two burgers,,too much. in subsequent take out we ordered one and split it. perfect. The frys were NOT good on our dine in experience, thus we didn't order again. Our take out we included a side salad and it was fine.
