Enjoyed the atmosphere and food! Margaritas were very good. Serve was excellent even though they were busy! Will be back

Go there to drink margs. Eat the free Queso during happy hour. Skip the meal! Really busy place, always wait time, but fun

I was in the area on business and went for happy hour with some associates. Great food and even better service. Go for happy hour and load up at the Nacho bar for free! The drinks are tasty, but a little weak.

Creamy jalapeno dip, salsa, drinks, and Elvis Green Chili Fried Chicken. When we are in Round Rock, Chuy's is on the list of must eat locations while we are visiting family. Definitely a central Texas TexMex icon.

I thought the food was really on the low side of average with the exception of one dish....the green chile stew was quite good. We had quite a selection of dishes and I was unimpressed. I had a premium margarita $10.95, it was so-so, but they did have a good selection of tequilas. Our waitress was excellent, so no complaint... More

I went to the Chuy's in Round Rock along with family. I ordered enchiladas but they were not good (gummy and too much salt) The refried beans appeared to be too stiff like they had been under the lights, my mexican rice had hard bits ( i have never had an entire meal be this bad before) I did love... Its a large place and was packed at 8:30 on a Tuesday. 50's theme, Slogan for burritos "Are as big your face" I had a steak burrito, very spicy. Creamy Jalepano dip and light fresh chips were served before hand. Full bar. If your from the Western States you'll understand the Chevy's / On the Boarder same concept.
