Great barbecue! Lots of options. Meat is priced by the pound which made it easy to try a variety things. Didn't hit the sides, but everything I had was excellent.

Choose your meats from the pitmaster -- by the pound. Served on butcher paper. Sides and fries inside. Meat has a simple salt and pepper rub and very tender. Pit style bbq cooks hotter with less smoke. Before there was a location in Roanoke we would drive to the Stephenville location a few times a year...it's worth a 90 mile... More

Came in after work, tired, hungry. Staff was awesome! The place has a unique open air concept that invites you into an open pit full of ready to serve meats and fixin's. Pit Masters ask you what you would like. I chose half pound of rib and a half pound of brisket. Rib were tasty with a good rub that... More

I have had better. It's expensive and the sides are not consistent. The bean soup was really good the first time and no flavor the next two times. Haven't been back since.

This was my wife and I's first Texas BBQ experience and it didn't disappoint. My wife had sausage and brisket. I had the 16oz ribeye and it was amazing!!! It was later in the evening when we came in and I was talking to the cook while he was grilling my steak. He was very pleasant and even let me... More

Very interesting. You choose your protein right from the smoker. Then it is weighed. You pay. Y the pound. Of course I took some home. Sides are Ala carte.

Great food, fun atmosphere, and friendly service. What more could you ask for. I love their frys, and the mushroom burger is so yummy if you like mushrooms that is.

We thought this was overpriced given the BBQ options that we have. We went a little on the late side one evening, but it wasn't super late. Some of the meat that we had was dry. Haven't been back since.

This is a must when visiting the Fort Worth area! Your mouth starts watering as you come up to the front door. Meat is sold by the pound but you can get any size you want. The BBQ was juicy and tender! Bar only has the basics but still adequate. Prices were reasonable. We will definitely be back when we... More
