Place is hard to find unless you were given very specific directions - very classic hole in the wall place. Once you enter, it has a feel of a very old diner. Their cheese steak sandwiches will definitely make you extremely happy!! Really good sandwiches...and a wide variety of sandwich selections that go beyond philly cheese steaks. They also have veggie cheese steak and veggie burger. Overall awesome food if you are looking for a place to enjoy the taste. But not for you if you want a jazzy looking place.More

Based on other reviews we thought we would give this place a try. Always love a good cheesesteak. Unfortunately, we had to leave right after walking in. We didn't even order. The place was filthy, and smelled like a broken sewer line.

Really good cheesesteaks served on soft Amoroso rolls. they have about 20 different varieties, including chicken and veggie options, but I stick with the classic Philly (cheese & onions). they also serve wings & burgers and a few other things, but I don't go there...for any of that stuff. The Onion Straws and Spicy Mozzarella Sticks are nice side items, though. The seating area is very bare-bones, but the walls are covered in all sorts of Philadelphia memorabilia and a tv that's always playing a movie, so there's plenty to look at while you eat. If you're up for a challenge, you can try The Liberty Bell (60 oz. of meat). There are pictures on the wall of those who have tried...and failed.More

If your desiring a great authentic Philly cheesesteak, this is the place for you. Classic offerings, and some original combinations to twist the norm. Great friendly service. Catch a movie if you have time. Only drawback is the inside could use some updating. A bit...dingy and greasy. Worth it though for great food!!!More

It might be Fred's house sauce. It might be the roll - tender and full of flavor. It might be the perfectly prepared beef. Whatever it is, this is, hands down, the best cheesesteak in Dallas. Do not expect a fancy restaurant. Fred puts all...his energy into the food. However, I always feel like I am at a friend's house when I eat there.More

Some of my co-workers had told me this place was good so I decided to try it today. I got the #15 that had onions, mushrooms, peppers, & cheese with a side of fries. The cheesesteak was really good, fries ok. I would definitely recommend...and go back.More
