Visiting from out of state. Searched Google for something different. This place covered it all. Hubby got burger and onion rings, daughter got Grilled Chicken Ranch salad and I got lasagna and bread sticks - all for $32! Huge portions and delicious!
I ate the honey crisp chicken salad, sounds good right? That’s what I thought. Wrong. This was the equivalent of a gas station chopping up kids menu chicken fingers and throwing them in a bowl of lettuce. What about the honey? Oh, you got the...honey… maybe 1000 calories worth of a “layer” of honey mustard dressing on the salad. So much so that the salad actually smelled bad. You’re better off going to Wendy’s or McDonald’s for a salad honestly. This was made by someone that hates their job unless this restaurant finds serving disgusting food as a good standard. Honestly though, I wasn’t surprised. Usually when you walk around a restaurant you get the feeling of, oh yeah this will be good. Nope. I got there and saw other people’s food and thought, yeah I made a mistake. This will be some crappy “American” meal. I was right. This is why I normally stay away from places like this due to their low standards they usually live up to. Anyways, if you’re starving and all the other restaurants are closed, this will work. But, if you actually have options and want to eat something that won’t make you have regret upon leaving - Do not come here.More
I ate here and got sick. Also poor and very slow service. We would not recommend and will definitely not go back. Ever.
Stopped here before hitting up my nearby hotel. Fries were great - perfectly cooked and seasoned. If it weren't for the soggy, bland pulled pork sandwich and had I just had a plate of fries then this would've been 5 stars. Alas, the sandwich was...the worst part. Meat was soggy; lacked flavor and had a lot of fat in it. The bbq sauce made it somewhat edible but I didn't even attempt the 2nd half of the sandwich.More
I love the tuna salad here, but that is just one of many things I have tried and all are delicious. They have sandwiches, salads, soups as well as other things. One of the few places I know that you can get a 1/2 sandwich...which is huge and a bowl of soup or salad.More

Came here for a business meeting. Our first time here. But, not the last. If we are in the area again, we will be sure to come back. Not crowded at the time and fast service.
Nice restaurant with "cafeteria-style" order process. Good eats and good service. Prices very reasonable.
We have eaten here a few time and had great experiences both times. The food is fresh and they have many choices of different foods. They have great salads.
I work close to Urban Eatz in Richardson and I've always enjoyed my meal. The sandwiches and salads are great. Service is good and I go there again and again.
We all go out for lunch when there is a 5th Sunday. There was 16 of us and a variety of items were ordered and everyone was happy but some we're thought their neighbor ordered a better dish. Organized and great menu. This neighborhood spot has a menu that I am continuing to explore. Everything is quality from the bread to the fresh fruits. The soups are another bright item. Highly recommend and will go back and try something else.
We found this place by mistake! Super yummy and everyone should find what they are looking for here! Lots of options Would recommend: pizza 🍕 Tip: they will tow your car in this area so follow the signs
This was my first time at the Urban Eatz, which is nestled in the middle of condo/apt complexes. It has an inviting store front with patio seating facing the plaza fountain. This casual lunch and dinner restaurant was very inviting with the casual seating and...walk up to the counter ordering. Plenty of choices to choose from on the overhead menu. The servers were friendly and answered all my questions about my food selections. The American cuisine included burgers, salads, sandwiches, pizza, pasta, and soups. My selection was an Asian salad which contained fresh ingredients and crunchy Asian noodles....very good! I would recommend this restaurant to my friends and I will definitely be back.More
We were trying out a new restaurant and had good food with good ambiance for a lunch meeting. Until the moment we looked out the window and saw them tow my car away. On the curb when you pull in it says 1 hr parking...so I admit we were talking and I was there for 2 1/2 hrs. So I expected to have to pay for my mistake. When I came out there were no signs to tell you how to get your car back so I had to call 911. We Literally followed my car to the tow company. Took 30 minutes to do the paperwork and I had to pay $293 to get my car back, $250 for the tow, $20 for daily storage rate and $30 impoundment fee, plus tax. I expected to have to pay for the tow and a certain penalty but that was outrageous. And a second person came in right behind me for the same thing. So just beware. Eastside management must have a real deal with the towing company.More
