For kids, gotta go at a minimum to see the magician. Make sure he is there. His name is Johnny with Krookedhands. Watch out to see how the pen cap ends up in his ear. Good food and service is always nice.
Food and service were excellent! We had too large of a party to sit outside, but the inside was charming as well. The food was very good! My daughter had fish tacos and asked to sub Mahi Mahi for the red fish and they obliged....She said they were delicious, even the leftovers were great the next day. My niece even ate all of her grilled vegetables and loved the grilled chicken. They had a magician going around to tables who was very talented! We thoroughly enjoyed our evening!More
We visited end of May, restaurants had been opened up again for several weeks, yet this restaurant was offering a very limited menu, but you don't know that until you are seated. When I say limited, it's VERY limited, maybe 15 choices. Other restaurants in...the area were not limited this way, and they could at least let people know beforehand via their website. Their fish was just okay. Mashed potatoes were pretty terrible and they were ice cold.
Plenty of better options if you want seafood.More
I have been going to Pirate's landing since it was a shack in the early 80's. Over the years it has changed owners and turned into something you might see at a theme park. Service is usually great, it's nice inside, and it's by the...water, but sadly the food is now inedible. How do you mess up a caesar salad? The seafood is tasteless, coleslaw from a package, the mixed vegetables swimming in a puddle of buttery water. No pride at all in their product. And if there is any actual liquor in the drinks I couldn't find it. You can get better food at many ballparks now. Only go there if you are looking for a place to throw away your money AND contribute to your eventual heart attack.More
My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The food was underwhelming for the price. I have eaten here before but was sadly disappointed this time. The Calamari was the the worst I've ever had, and the main course wasn't any better. We all...ordered different entrees and none of us liked them. The view of the bay was nice and the only consolation was the magician who captivated my children's attention.More
The restaurant took care of nine of us at the table. Ceviche, buffalo shrimp and fajitas are all recommended. Great drinks and the service was good. Good ambience in the restaurant...no-frills eating right on the pier. We enjoyed ourselves!
Great decor pirate style. Seated and enjoyed lunch of Shrimp tacos and Mix & Match of prawns and fish filet with onion fries. Started with there warm biscuits and honey on a cool day helped warm us up.
We had dinner and was wonderful Was very busy but they were very quick as staff is very good. We would recommend to friends & family as a place to go.Bar service was also very good with great coctails.Looking forward to a return visit!
