This place is way overpriced for whatever it s trying to be. Where else can you get a 52 dollar steak and eat it on a beach towel . Napkins were dish towels. ...and you want 4.50 each for shrimp. They screwed up the order and told us the would adjust it.....nope did not. Not worth it at all. They... More

A little pricey, but excellent none the less. Libbey was a great waitress and hostess. The bread and peppers before the dinner were a delight. The food was nicely presented and big portions.

We had an adult family table of six, with orders of sushi, tempura shrimp, grilled shrimp, fillet mignon, Caesar salad, and soft-shell crab. Starters: The bread (with dipping oil) was delicious, however the salt added to the oil (from a salt-lover's perspective) was much too heavy and the garlic flavorless. The sushi dishes were very nice...but at about $22 -... More

Nice upscale dining. Tried the sea bass and my friend had the crab-both were delicious! Had a great waitress and lovely outside dining (inside available too). Very enjoyable experience. It is a dining experience not a quick in and out so plan on spending a little time for dining.

We have had dinner here several times over the last couple of years. It never disappoints us. It is high end food with a great wine list. My favorite entrée is the Sea Bass and my husband loves their steak options, although last night he had a double cut pork chop that was cooked perfectly. They have s great wine... More

The La Barataria is centrally located and easy to get to. We had coffee every morning and it was delicious. We liked the atmosphere, kinda quirky and darker for a relaxed feeling. We had the ice cream and it was great!

We don't go out for nice dinners often so this was a real treat! The service was great, and the food was amazing! Filet minon was perfect and the lobster cake paired with creamy sweet corn was delicious. The only thing I would say was that the potatoes were not very good, a little under cooked but the spinach was... More

Sushi Texas style - lots of interesting combinations. Entrees are creatively prepared. the wine list is extensive, and includes interesting, lesser known wines that are superb.
