I think the place is called A Taste of Poland. Not, For You. Regardless, if you like Authentic Polish food, you will like this place. All the standards plus some. The polish sauerkraut, beet and cucumber salads are light and delightful. The stuffed cabbage is delicious. The sausages and potato pancakes are wonderful not to mention the dumplings. My wife... I was very pleased to find some Eastern European food in Texas. I tried authentic Polish food before so was curious to try how good is the food there. We ordered ''Taste of Poland'' dish and were able to try most popular Polish dishes like pierogi, potato pancakes, bigosh, polish sausages and so on. If you want to get introduction... More

Very TASTY and AUTHENTIC... I believe it would be difficult to find this quality of authentic polish food in Poland these days, as global economy brought international cuisine more trendy and the real polish food requires lots of time to prepare... GREAT EFFORT from the kitchen, but service a bit on slow(er) side... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR DINING EXPERIENCE and BYOB... More

Visited with a friend for lunch. We had soups as starters (Zurek and Rosol) followed by pork and chicken cutlets with potatoes. Everything was fresh and tasted great. Portions were fairly generous. Even though we were full by the time we finished, we decided to order some sweet pierogis with cream for dessert and these were delicious as well!

I can't believe I have not reviewed this restaurant, as it is one of our favorites. Perhaps it is better that I have waited until we have spent some time in Poland, and can make a valid comparison. This place is right on par with any place we visited while there. After 2 weeks of eating zurek soup every day,... More

If you are looking for an authentic Polish cuisine this is the right place to go. The Taste of Poland offers a selection of the most popular polish dishes, all of them are very tasty, are made from scratch, and are made with fresh ingredients (you can tell this by the specific taste the dishes have). I personally recommend PORK... More

My daughter and I had a delicious lunch here today. My daughter had the daily special with chicken noodle soup that was really yummy. The Kielbasa and sauerkraut sale was also very tasty. I had pierogies that were very good as well. We both had dessert.

I had a dish called Bigos (I think) today and could only eat about 1/2 of the entree. I really didn't like it. It was sauerkraut cooked with small bits of meat. There were 2 scoops of mashed potatoes as well. This dish cost $10.95. I also ordered a side of rye bread & real butter for $1.50. I had... More

We had never tried Polish food before and really did not know what to expect but we decided to be adventuresome. Our hostess / server met us at the door speaking English with a heavy Polish accent while a big screen TV broadcast in Polish. We had the sausage sample for appetizers, delicious. I had the goulash for dinner and... More

When you are the only non-Polish speaking diner in the restaurant, you know that you've found real Polish food. Everything was expertly prepared and delicious. The over worked waitress was always pleasant and made us feel welcomed. The half portions are plenty unless you are big eater. Brought back memories of my Polish grandmother's cooking. Be sure to visit their... More
