I visit the Restaurant twice in June when fresh asparagus was offered, what a treat. Then again in October when Schnitzel week was, what a Schnitzel treat. Doesn't matter what time you visit or special get offered you can only win. I am German and I ate in many different German restaurants here in the USA but only Bavarian Grill... More

Went for dinner early (5:30) on a Saturday. Not sure if the waitress was brand new or just not well-trained. She struggled to remember basics . . . messed up our bill at the end of the night . . . we sat for at least 20 minutes while she struggled to figure out our bill and the host/hostess brought... I have been coming here for my birthday every year for about 10 years and have never been disappointed. I have had many of their schnitzel and all are delicious. Warm German potato salad and rotkraut ( a red cabbage sauerkraut) are go to sides although there are many other great sides. The strudel is a great end to the... More

There was lots of room and different rooms. There are lots of German decor and music. I'm not a German connoisseur but my wife lived there and she said it was good. In the main dinning room it's loud because of the woman playing the accordian. The have out door seating for those who smoke. They only have 1 person... More

The restaurant was decorated with everything German. Waiters were dressed in traditional garb. I had the white asparagus schnitzel with creamed spinach & potatoes with bacon onion & peppers. The sides were pretty good but the schnitzel was delicious. It took awhile to get our meal but there were several tables that all came at the same time we did.

Went for lunch today . First we walked into the biergarten by mistake and were totally ignored . We went to restaurant and were promptly seated . We waited for at least 10 minutes before someone came and asked us about drinks. He brought out drinks and then took off. Another 15 minutes went by and a different waiter cane... More

Outstanding entertainment for families. Beer garden. Authentic German/Bavarian cuisine. Family owned and operated. This is where you go for pork knuckle or schnitzel!

Want to feel like you're back in Germany? Missing that Jagerschnitzel, good saurkraut or want to bask in a moment back home? This is the place for you! The Bavarian Grill has been at this location for many years and is an anchor business that keeps the crowds coming again and again. Great family atmosphere, great food, good drink and... More

Atmosphere is A+. Service is A+. Food is B-. Why? I am sorry to say this, because this is my favorite restaurant in DFW. It is so hard for me to give less than four stars. But, I like the owner a lot, and want him to know the truth. The past three times I have been in, the schnitzel... More
