Great breakfast at good price. Best burgers, omelets outstanding. Chicken fried steak great, hand breaded.

Visiting from out of state and brought my grown daughter and friends to eat here. Was very disappointed in the food quality this time. We were here at about 4:00 pm. The food was dry and stale like it was leftover from lunch. There was only a few flavors of pie. Pie eaters didn't like their pie. The people who... More

Mama's is my go-to location for good home cooking. Everything that I've eaten there taste like grandma made it. Good stuff.

Had a very good patty melt, cheeseburger, seasoned fries and onion rings. Service was reasonably prompt and friendly. Worth going at least once for the myriad humorous signs covering the walls. All in all a very good diner experience.

Family came in to enjoy a meal together, our first time here. Service was excellent and food delicious. Chicken Fried was good, mashed potatoes and gravy great, and everything tasted fresh. We were disappointed when a small roach ran across our table of food. We called the management over and explained what happened. They apologized; however, I presume we were... More

Being from New York, this was a cute diner. I loved all the "Mama" sayings on the walls. My husband and I sat at the counter for breakfast. I just had a bowl of grits (I don't get them up north!) and sliced bananas. My husband, not being a breakfast person, ordered a grilled cheese with bacon and hash browns.... More

All of the food here gets a grade of B. It is all "ok" food that isn't bad but there is better elsewhere for the same price. Cool little place to get decent home cooking type meals. The Biscuits though... they make amazing biscuits that are so so so fluffy with the perfect amount of firmness! If nothing else, try... More

I went earlier this afternoon and got the catfish filet with baked squash, candied yams & English peas. Got peach cobbler for dessert. It was so good! The catfish was perfect. The squash was unexpectedly good. It's not necessarily "pretty;" kind of looks like mush but it had great flavor. The candied yams were great as well. Can't say enough... More

We have eaten here several times (breakfast, lunch and dinner). We gave them a 4 star rating the first time (18 months ago). Is it just us or has their quality really gone down? The food and atmosphere is slowly going downhill. They need to work on things quickly.

Thank Steve B
