This restaurant is simply a must see as well as digging into the food! Best ox tail dish west of the Mississippi (LOL)! Best Jamaican rice & beans I've had since our visit to Jamaica in 2012. A must try.

Just like chorus for the old school song by Tom Browne, "Jamaican Funk...that's what it is", your taste buds will be singing; you'll feel funky and groovy, especially if you are one of those who dance when you taste good food. "It's the real thing...man," the sign on the door boasts. It's real good is all i know. It was my first time tasting Jamaican food but it won't be my last. I had no preceived notions about what to expect so i was pleasantly surprised. My daughter ordered the beef patties and I had the veggie patty. They were pretty good. We also had the mango-pineapple drink. The menu was pretty nice and the chef is making authentic Jamaican food. I will definitely be back.
