Service was great. Found a hair on top of my food, they were quick to remake it for me. We were there for my daughters birthday and she genuinely enjoyed her lunch.

We always eat at the Plaza when staying in Pampa. Excellent food and service. I have never been disappointed. Try their fajitas, large portions, flavorful and tender. They also have several options of salsa. I highly recommend this restaurant. Mike M.

We were in town for a funeral and joined the family for a late lunch. Our waitress did an amazing job dealing with 20 people. I had a half order of nachos and it was a huge serving. Other restaurants would bill it as a...full order. Mr G had the stuffed poblano and said it was delicious but was a lot of food. Another reviewer said the queso came from a can, probably so but someone added jalapeno juice and fresh diced tomatoes and bell peppers. This is a mom n pop restaurant and not a chain so the food may or may not be to your standards. We avoid chains and search for mom n pop restaurants.More

Due to Covid it’s been awhile since I’ve had decent Mexican food(I live in Ohio). I started with ceviche which was good. I first had ceviche ( shrimp and fish pickled in lime juice) in Mexico and I love the fresh taste and light feeling...as an appetizer. It won’t overstuff you. I had La Casa Especial which may be the perfect combo. It has a Chile rellono , enchilada, taco, and pork tamale. Unlike some combos, this has a variety of flavors that is very good. Some just seem to repeat the same flavor in different packaging. The servers are friendly and efficient.More

Mediocre enchiladas that you “make” by picking your filling and your sauce per enchilada. Queso was right out of a can. Decent margaritas! If you have to be in Pampa and are Jones-ing for Tex-Mex, try it!

We chose this restaurant based on TA reviews. We were pretty excited about some good TexMex. Unfortunately, we found that the food was okay, but lacked flavor and spicyness.

Our lunch at the Plaza was delicious. I had the chicken enchilada with jalapeño cream sauce and chile verde, which were both good (though the chile was more rojo than verde). Our family also enjoyed the Caribbean fish tacos, burritos, enchiladas, and tacos. The table...salsa was also great. The only reason I’m not giving The Plaza a five was the refried beans: they were atrocious.More

Good Food and atmosphere. People can come for business because even when it's busy it's not loud. Very relaxed I would recommend the enchiladas. It's the only restaurant in the world that I've tried that has good enchiladas.
