Lone barrista was overwhelmed. Had to wait 30 minutes for 1 of the 3 drinks we ordered so food that was brought to the table went cold for one of our party members. Simply asking for a name to tag the order would have eliminated...the free for all when drinks were laid out of the counter. Coffee drinks were good and the one breakfast sandwich eaten hot was well received.More
Went for breakfast on a Wednesday morning. Had the croissant ham, egg and cheese and raspberry Danish. Food was very good, priced well. Service was good and place was very comfortable. Carpet under sofa seating area needs to be replaced or cleaned. All in all...not a bad place to visit.More
Stopped in while traveling from San Antonio to Austin. Located off the circle in the old part of town, we had tasty ham, egg & cheddar and bacon, egg & cheddar sandwiches with a latte and hot tea. Friendly staff, and obviously have repeat local...customers.More
During our road trip to New Braunfels, we ate breakfast here at New Braunfels Coffee.
Food was excellent!! Staff were very nice!!
Plenty of seating to visit with friends.
Prices were nice. Easy to find with lots of parking on a Sunday morning.
Quaint place. Choice of coffee, latte, Cafe Au Lait, etc. Although the display weren't full of bakery products we got delicious Apple pie. Our friends got sandwiches they liked.
Good ambiance. Very helpful servers.
We are out-of-towners and stopped for coffee and a light breakfast the morning after Christmas. The shop was cold and the music was way too loud, so not quite as cozy as I would prefer. Very strong coffee so no second cup for me. Choices...might be nice as I'm seeing negative reviews regarding their coffee. I chose the breakfast casserole which was O.K. but lacked seasonings. However, if you go, just go for the egg and bacon crossiants which my husband had. Delicious! There is a local bakery just up the street from the coffee shop and I suspect they get them from there but not sure. When I stop again, and I will, that's what I'm ordering!More
