We have dined at Auntie Pasta's several times when we ventured to Nac to visit our SFA student. The exposed brick and warm interior make you feel at home. The rafters are high and the kitchen is nearby so it can be a little noisy....On our last visit it was on a Saturday night with a group of people. Service was slow (we didn't get our wine until after we received our entrees) but that is to be expected on a busy night. The crusty bread that is piping hot is delicious. We love the olive oil and garlic dipping sauce. The lasagna is my personal favorite. I think it is a good value at $13.95, large portion (always have some to take home) and you better get there early if you want to have some (limited quantities). We took a cheesecake and tiramisu to go and thoroughly enjoyed those. This is our go to spot in Nacogdoches and we recommend it.More

Went there for lunch. Everything was perfect. Great atmosphere in the historic building. Exceptionally clean, following all COVID guidelines. Was very glad they require masks. Our server Amanda was incredibly attentive. We ordered the Chicken Capone and the Chicken Parmesan. The food was delicious and...the portions plentiful.More

Auntie Pasta’s Besides the unique name of this restaurant the food and service never disappoints. Parking is plentiful and social distancing rules are applied. Tables are spaced far apart and there is hand cleaner as you enter. Started off with an appetizer that was more...than enough for two people. The Uncle Vito’s Italian Nacho is delicious. Comes with Pesto Chips, Italian Sausage, Pepperoncini, Jalapeños, and a Homemade Marinara sauce. Bread is also provided that comes out warm and satisfying; accompanied with Olive Oil. My lunch partner enjoyed fully the Homemade Lasagne. Again a very large portion is not a problem here. For me it was the other unique name on the menu; Forgetabout It! A tasty sandwich that is between a Fresh Italian Loaf. There is Hand Breaded Chicken Medallions, Ham, Bacon, Sautéed Mushrooms, Provolone Cheese, and Alfredo Sauce. The selections along with the size of those dishes makes it a little difficult not to leave this great place without a “People Bag.”More

Really liked everything. I’ve never been to a restaurant where the food came out so quickly! Great atmosphere too. Husband and I shared the wedge salad. Yummy! Loved the addition of the balsamic drizzle. I had the delicious spaghetti & meatballs, husband ate a combo...plate (lasagna, Alfredo & Parmesan chicken) and 9yo daughter had Mac & cheese with fettuccine noodles. We all liked mine the best. Lasagna was really good, we’ve all had better fettuccine and chicken Parmesan was really good too. I didn’t taste the Mac & cheese but it was nearly gone so kiddo must have enjoyed it. Kiddo had chocolate milk that needed much more chocolate, husband had 1/2 sweet & 1/2 reg tea & I tried the Bellini. Good Bellini. Husband ordered the chocolate cake with ice cream for us all to share. Cake was a bit dry. Ice cream was good. All in all we would definitely eat there again.More

My wife and I made a special trip to come to eat at Auntie Pasta's on the weekend. We have been here before but, it has been a long time since we don't live here. However, we both were glad we did. This restaurant is...worth the special trip to enjoy great Italian food and good atmosphere. It is a nice experience where you can take family and enjoy visiting with friends over a fine meal. I had the homemade Lasagna which I thoroughly enjoyed along with their hot Italian bread and oil. The portion is large enough I could not finish it. My wife enjoyed her Eggplant Parmesan and spaghetti. She really liked the Eggplant Parmesan and definitely had to have a take home box. We both had Diet Coke. Both meals were great. The restaurant is clean and the service is very good. It is a good location. We have eaten here before and will definitely eat here again. This is a place for special occasions or just a great meal any time.More

Auntie Pasta’s is one of our favorite restaurants in town! It has a cool atmosphere as it is in an old feed mill. The food is terrific and the service has always been good. Go during their happy hour for a delicious peach belinni!

This restaurant has great Italian food and drinks to match. This location is actually historical spot in the oldest town in Texas. It is in a building that was actually the first warehouse this side of the Mississippi that was built right along a rail...line and the rail line is still near by. I love such unique history and the rustic look inside of this place was fabulous. I even took my mom there and she loved the history of this place. The food is great and you would love the ambience. We got to discover this place due to daughter going to SFASUMore
