I ran a couple of errands before stopping to pick up our order. They waited until I had arrived at the restaurant to package our order so it was fresh and ready within a couple of minutes. The food was good and typical Chili's. There could have been a couple more options on the online menu for customizing the order.

Right across from SFA campus. Typical of most Chili's but this one has a nice atmosphere and has an outside dining area which is lovely. Menu is typical american with a wide variety. We found the service to be excellent for our group of four.

We always start off with chips and hot sauce. I had the honey chi pole chicken crispers and my husband had the quesadilla explosion. It was great.

Maybe it's because of the university across the street, but this place was even worst than the usual we do nothing particularly good restaurant. Never seems to be very clean, and their idea of cooking is much like other chains these days, grill something, put something else on it, and then pour something else on top of that. When all... My husband and I were given a Chili's gift card for Christmas. We went this past week to have a nice relaxing supper after all of our kids had left. I had the honey chapolte chicken crispers with a salad. It was great.

In town for the SFA Graduation. It was not crowded when we arrived to reserve a table for the family. We got there before the rush. We had a party of 17. They seated us in a quite room in the back. It was nice, quite and special!

First time visiting a restaurant in a "college town" and the experience was very cool. The ambiance was great and the service matched. Kudos to our waiter Abby.

The Chili's in Nacogdoches has got to have the slowest service I have seen in a long time. This is not an isolated incidence - it is regular and most of the locals know this. Leave it for the university students at lunch time!

It's the same as it's always been--same bad service, same sloppy food and the same lack of caring about the customer. It's okay, but you'd love to see them try to be more than a fast food place. Some Chili's are good, but this one rides along on the fact that they know college students will come here since it's... More
