The burgers and pie! Honestly the burger is the best in Midland, but the pie may be the best I've eaten anywhere.

This is the kind of place that you would not venture into without a recommendation. My son had been here for a business lunch and he wanted to go back. I am glad he suggested it. This place is a true family operation. On the day of our visit "Mr. Brooks" was at a funeral and his son was manning... More

Glad that Mr. Brooks is still here in Midland, those Fat Burgers sure are AWESOME and they always live up to their name and all the hype, also the fries are great too. Talk about comfort food, well you can get at Brooks BBQ, but save some room for desert the Homemade Pies are the best in town.

While the burgers are good, the service is the worst that I have ever had. Today I went to get two double cheeseburgers and two orders of fries. I called in the order five minutes before they opened and before I had a chance to get there I had to put gas in my car, but because I did not... More

Was taken to Brooks by a friend. Had an awesome burger and fries that visit. Second trip had great chicken fried steak fingers and veggies. Can't forget to get homemade pie too. Worth the trip to neat here.

This is the place to go for burgers in Midland. The fat burger is superb and tastes like a burger should taste. The french fries and onion rings are always made from scratch the way they should be. The best pies you will ever taste. Don't waste money on the big chains in Midland. Brooks is the place for superb... More

Mr Brooks has the very best steak fingers in the business! Great cheeseburgers and hand cut fries, but Mrs Brooks pies are beyond compare. Like my grandmother used to make, only a lot better. I love the coconut custard, but the chocolate and pecan are both winners too! They go fast, so order the pie when you place your lunch... More

The bugers are the bestest I have had in quite some time. None of that frozen stuff. Mr. Brooks use to let you bring your own beer in and he would furnish the opener. I don't know if that is still allowed are not. Don't forget the pie, you won't regret it.
