Had a great night here, so good I had to return before I went home. Solo traveller. My hotel booked the table for me. Great table near to the entertainment which was wonderful. Food was excellent. A really memorable experience!

A superb restaurant with a great atmosphere, fantastic food and world class entertainment. Not a bad word to say about the place. The night we were there they had a singer who would rival Andrea Bocelli and the piano entertainment is very tasteful and does not spoil the conversation. Great wine list and excellent menu. Strawberry Flambé dessert is a... More

visited in Aug 15 off the back of recommendation and wasn't disappointed - lovely ambiance - professional, attentive and efficient staff - with great sense of humour , great food and wonderful setting. Visited with children - no problem. Live music later in the evening, which was also quality and a great addition . .

Exceptional restaurant and setting. Not really suitable for young families, the menu is more towards discerning adults. The wine menu is extensive and tastes for all budgets, as is the menu. The desert we had, flambé banana in brandy coked at the table was amazing, and I'm not a desert person. An excellent selection of quality brandy's to follow, caps... More

We ate there recently in a party of 8 whilst visiting Tenerife. Our party voted this the best of the week but it wasn't unanimous. The surroundings are very atmospheric as dusk falls both inside and out. Windmill outside looks weird, but certainly catches the eye & looks great at night. Its possibly better inside the restaurant due to proximity... More

If you tell them it's a special occasion when you book, they really look after you. Ours was a birthday and we were treated to the most private table in the restaurant (number 31) and rose petals on the table :-) This restaurant is a rarity in southern Tenerife in that it is focussed on the quality of food and... What a lovely place to eat, 3 courses and coffee 100 euros. Lovely onion soup! Garlic bread with tomatoes spot on! Chateaubriand was absolutely stunning, peppercorn sauce just right, will eat here again for sure, overall a great meal. Thanks

We have been before but the standard of food has dropped significantly ie bland, tasteless, tough meat. The desert was truly awful neither of us could eat it so we complained. This is where the experience really nose dived. Despite sending full plates of food back the maitre d made no effort to speak to us if anything he avoided... More

YES - the ambiance, the surroundings and the actual restaurant itself are very nice, in fact probably one of the nicest restaurants that I have ever visited. NO - unfortunately the food did not live up to the surroundings. We ordered a medium rare fillet steak and a medium chateaubriand. Sadly the chef or waiter got these the wrong way... More

Description
For more than 500 years one of the staple foods of the Canary Islands has been a milled flour known as gofio, ground in windmills that at one time peppered the islands. Few working mills now remain. For Don Felipe, the man who first established the restaurant in the 1990s, the windmill of El Molino Blanco represented the traditions of his homeland. Today it reminds us of a fundamental food still prevalent in the Canary Islands and represents our commitment to preserving the best of Canarian traditional cuisine combined with the finest ingredients and years of culinary know-how to provide a unique and unforgettable dining experience. Choose from our inside dining room set within a traditional covered courtyard adorned with curios from Tenerife's rural heritage intertwined with rich foliage, or on our garden terrace with its scented flowers and lush tropical plantings. If it's a special occasion, why not book our intimate gazebo table set within the garden which gives you additional privacy in a rustically romantic setting. From the moment you set foot in El Molino Blanco we want to ensure you enjoy the very best food, service and entertainment so that you go home from your Tenerife holiday with precious memories to last a lifetime, or at least until you return to share your time with us again. "Through excellence in food, service, ambience and entertainment, to provide a feast for all the senses and a memorable dining experience customers will want to repeat"
