Visited this restaurant for my birthday, everything was delicious, but the fillet steak was definitely a crowd favourite, cooked to the perfection and just melting in your mouth.. Our server Manuel was very attentive and made sure to make our evening extra special when he heard it was my birthday. Would recommend this place if you're looking for quality food and good service! Thank you to the staff for a great evening 😊

We ate here last night. We hadnt booked in advance but we managed to get a table in ghe busy restaurant. Jade was our server and she was very friendly and service was excellent. We had salmon starter and steak for main with sparkling water ( came to around 75 eur). Food was delicious, served nice and hot. The veg served with the suet pudding is only tiny portion so would suggest ordering side orders for your 5 a day 😉 Atmosphere is buzzing, busy, and noisy so good party atmosphere for a monday night!
Its right inside the shopping centre on the first floor so even time to grab some bargains after dinner! Highly recommend.

We wanted an evening meal on Saturday evening but there was a 90 min wait for a table so I would suggest booking. We booked instead for Sunday lunch which is served until 17.30 after which they close to prepare for evening service. However, we booked for 17.00 and you are not rushed to eat your meal. The staff are great and the food was delicious. I had roast lamb, very tender. Served like a traditional Sunday roast lunch.

We ordered pie for lunch and even there was only a few guests it took an hour to Get the pies on the table. And it didnt help that the service also was quite aggressive in an overfriendly style, where you where left feeling like an idiot. Picture is of the table after 58 minutes from we ordered. The dish was okey though

Customer service along with high food quality is high on our list and so to hear that we didnt deliver the standard of customer service we strive for is dissapointing.
It would never be our intension to make you feel foolish in anyway and so I would like to apoligise if that is how the waiting staff came accross on this occasion.

We’ve visited this fantastic restaurant many times over the years, usually as a proper treat and it never disappoints or fails to deliver anything but delicious top quality food, served by attentive professional staff in fantastic surroundings.
In past years we’ve even been lucky enough to enjoy a Christmas Dinner here & the consistency of food, service and value is truly unerring.
Our visit last night was no different and this time we had their famous beef wellington. It’s the sort of dish that can be a hit or miss in many establishments, but the chefs here are spot on and delivered a beautifully tasty and tender fillet steak cooked to perfection in light pastry; it was absolutely beautiful!
As part of the Venture group of restaurants, these guys really do seem to know how to deliver top notch dining experiences at all of their venues (our actual favourite venue is the subject of much debate with my wife)
Don’t let prices perceived as just north of average put you off as this restaurant is in a totally different league to the competition on many levels.
Just try it, I doubt you’ll be disappointed.

Food was amazing especially the 'Pork 2 ways'. You pay for what you get so it was a little pricey but well worth the amazing dishes we where served.
Service was really good and ambience was nice. All females got a red rose too so that was a little extra something.
I would 100% return again every night if i could afford it.
Everyone in my family of 9 people all raved about how amazing their dishes where so top marks from everyone.

Good menu but beware th add ons. We ordered a cheese pie and a chicken pie, both came with a small portion of bubble and squeak. However, if you want gravy, potatoes and vegetables you have to order extra sides. The meal was delicious but expensive we thought, coming in at over 40 euros with two bottles of water. Other meal options appeared to be better value. Restarant is lovely and staff were attentive.

This was the first time visiting Empire Steak House and it was so good we returned 2 days later to try their other meal options on the Menu.
We arrived the previous day to a fully booked restaurant and decided to book the following day rather than wait for a table.
The restaurant filled up very quickly once we were seated and it was interesting to see what other people had ordered whilst waiting for our steaks to be cooked.
Steaks seem to be the the most popular dish and when ours arrived they were cooked to perfection.
We opted for the triple cooked chips and these were chunky and crispy.
A side of fried onions was the finishing touch to our steaks.
The steaks beat any steak I’ve had back home for quality and being cooked exactly how we requested.
Staff were really friendly and looked after you.
Definitely try the fillet or sirloin steaks
10/10 you won’t be disappointed.
Can’t wait to visit there again next year

6 of us booked a table here at the end of Feb for a special 50th birthday. They make such an effort for his birthday including banners and a birthday candle with staff singing birthday song.
Our food was great, we all had starters - cheese board for 2, chicken liver, scotch egg in crumbs and some
Mains we had were Steaks, beef wellington(fillet, rump and T bone cooked to perfection) Good selection of drinks but only a small selection of puddings.
We has toasted marshmallows to share and they were a great way to end our meals.
All the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely. Perfect place to a 5⭐ meal. Highly recommended!

Don't go here if your feeling hungry, as it's a long wait for food. We arrived at 20:15 but couldn't get a table till 20:45, although there were empty tables. I now assume it was down to what the kitchen could deal with, as we waited an hour after arriving for our meal. i also had to remind the waiter 30mins after ordering water we were still waiting on it. By the time my food arrived 2 average bits fish, chips & mushy peas my hunger had worn off, so didn't eat much of it,all i can say for 14.50€ it was ok. My hubby had the steak & ale pudding, 16€ he didn't want the bubble & squeak, so requested chip, he received 6 chips in the smallest bowl I've seen, he was glad for most of mine. We were advised by the waiter the delay was down to the cooking off the pudding which takes 35mins, although others that came in after us, who also ordered the pudding had eaten theirs & left before we were served. We were offered a free drink & pudding, as an apology, but as my hunger had gone we declined the latter. I can t recommend the place due to the poor service from the kitchen & food was average.

We went to the Empire for my husbands birthday. Upon arrival we were greeted nicely and shown to our table. The service was good at the beginning and staff very pleasant. We both had the roast dinner which was lovely. We received the desert menu and made out choices, after 15 mins without being able to get the attention of staff we decided just to pay the bill and go. They seemed more interested in putting the table clothes out ready for the evening sittings. Also during our visit we noticed numerous people standing chatting without wearing their masks also a couple of people walked inside the restaurant passed staff I assume to use the toilets without wearing masks. We have recently eaten in Biancos and noticed how strict they were about masks and distancing which we thought was very good. So overall the food that we had was good but a disappointing experience.

I am dissapointed to hear that although you enjoyed your Sunday Roast you felt on this occassion the service did not live up to the high standard we strive for in all of our restaurants and so I must apoligise to you for this.
We do take the safety of both the staff and customers very seriosly with strict protocol in place for these difficult times . We ask the staff to be very vigilant on mask wearing within the restaurant and so if they missed some people not adhering to this it is dissapointing .
I hope this has not put you off visiting us again and thank you for your continued support.

We keep returning to this restaurant because of its consistency of standards. This time was no different to the other occasions. Very comfortable chairs and positioning of tables so that you can have private conversations if necessary.
The staff are courteous and efficient. We shared our starter of pate because the serving is so large it would challenge one person to follow it with a substantial main course.
The main courses were comprised of duck and lamb both of which were marvelous
as was the accompaniments. Of particular note, the sauces with each plate.
By maintaining such high standards repeat visits will be assured.

Popped in this restaurant after a close friend had recommended it to us.
We arrived just before they opened Monday lunchtime, to be met by a friendly women called Francesca, we took a seat outside and were seen to immediately with a warm smile. The restaurant was clean, up to a high spec with polite and happy staff. We had the beef fillet Wellington with 2 different sides and sauces, it was a breath of fresh air to have such a tasteful and delicious lunch.
Credit to Francesca who gave us information on the island and places to explore, whilst being knowledgeable with regards to questions on the menu. We will most defiantly be returning here, hoping to be met by this lovely young lady when we return to Tenerife next year. Thank you

We had a fabulous meal in Empire and can’t wait to go back already! Our server Becky was friendly and recommended some dishes and also where to go for some drinks after our meal. The steaks we ordered were cooked perfectly and sides etc were delicious. Really lovely atmosphere, great service and food. Would highly recommend!

Have been going to some of the Venture restaurants for years and one thing that stands out is the good quality food and staff. Always friendly, chatty with great personalities, which makes for a total dining experience. Love the Sunday roasts, as they're not just your ordinary, basic quality. Great music on a Sunday afternoon, nice atmosphere and just consistently good! Also love the scallop and pork belly starter, which although pricey for a starter, makes a great main course with a side of veg or chips. Rhubarb crumble is delicious, though my one complaint is the custard is always too thin and a bit lumpy. But mixed in with the ice cream and crumble, it's fine. Won't keep me away!!
