Had amazing food and drink here, great gluten free option pasta and pizza. Our waiter Alfredo was very attentive and went above and beyond to help. 10 out 10 must try Will definitely come back on our next visit

New Years Eve

We've eaten here several times a year since the day it opened. It's my girlfriend's favourite restaurant. The menu has a huge choice, the staff are friendly, it's a nicely presented restaurant in a great location. New Years Eve was a set menu at €120 per head which was a bit steep but it was a good atmosphere, the steak was absolutely first class and the wine was included. One of the courses wasn't great, it was Arancini of Provolone cheese which wasn't pleasant at all, very watery and most of the customers left it (we saw all the plates returning to the kitchen!). We did however have a good night, we'll definitely eat here again but I don't think we'd do the New Years Eve night again.

Fabulous venue and excellent dining experience

We visited Bianco on several times during our family holiday, we always do and is one of our favourite nights out. We spent New Years Eve here, atmosphere was incredible and the cost was well worth it, free flowing wine, exceptional food and the staff are dedicated and attentive. Would not spend our New Years anywhere else but here. The entertainment is of high standard and the cocktail and bar staff are second to none, making individual requests and one offs. Our waitress was Martina Merily who welcomes you as a friend and could not do more for you, a very lovely polite professional member of staff who could not have been more accommodating throughout our dining experience. We will, as always, be back to Bianco and look forward to spending our nights out there. Thank you team. X

We spent a lot of money tonight

We spent a lot of money tonight here having a meal and cocktails etc. 4 of us dined tonight experiencing difference dishes. One of our dishes we ordered a sirloin steak with gnocchi. This wasn’t great, the sirloin was fatty and the sauce with the gnocchi was very thick and split. We asked for the bill and told the manager we weren’t happy with the meal, to our disgust we were advised that the plate had been checked and we were advised that basically we were a liar! The manager then continued to argue with us and we just asked to pay the bill. Now I’m fully aware the customer isn’t always right but then neither is the restaurant or it’s manager. For the amount we paid tonight I expected better service and a better standard. I wouldn’t visit here again on principle and as a regular trip adviser reviewer I would suggest you consider other alternatives for your meal in las Américas. I’m shocked this place has so many high rating. Poor very poor!!

The best service for our anniversary

Table booked at Bianco by my boyfriend who secretly asked if they could make our meal “more romantic as it’s our anniversary”... Prosecco on arrival, table dressed with flowers, balloon and a congratulations banner hung on the wall! All staff were polite and professional and made our dinning experience so enjoyable, especially our waiter Jack who was so lovely and attentive! Food was also amazing, which came out so fast! Also best pornstar martini ever! Will definitely recommend and make a point of coming here again if I’m back in Tenerife! Ps. Jack deserves a raise!

Disappointed - double check the food if you are gluten free!

We had heard nothing but wonderful things about the restaurant from friends and family who had visited so on our first ever trip to Tenerife we thought we would book to try for ourselves. We dined the day we arrived and were really pleased with the whole experience. I am gluten free so was pleased to see they offered gluten free pasta which was delicious. We decided to rebook for our last night as we were so happy but was left so disappointed and ruined our whole experience of the place. We were seated at our table and waited about 15 minutes before anyone even spoke to us about ordering drinks and when we finally did they brought the wrong cocktails over which had to them be remade. I ordered the exact same pasta that I had had a few days prior because I was so pleased with it only to be given the regular regular dish (not gluten free as asked for). If I hadn’t had the past a few days prior I wouldn’t even have known as the pastas are different shapes so knew this was the case. During the whole time we had our drinks and meal not one person came by to ask how everything was for us for me to even voice what had happened. When they came to collect the plates they were simply lifted away, again no questions about how things were. I personally am not allergic to gluten, just intolerant but to some people who are the is experienced would have been far worse as you trust the restaurant will get it correct when asked for. We finally just asked for the bill and the bill was incorrect Aswell with extra drinks having been added that we didnt order which had to then be removed. Very disappointed overall after being very pleased on our first day. Wish we hadn’t went back as our memory of the restaurant has been spoiled.

Went to this restaurant on Saturday 14th March 2020. When we arrived at the restaurant it was very quiet. By the time we left it was heaving. The tables were nicely laid out with crisp white tablecloths. The venue had a good atmosphere. Ristorante Bianco Is situated on the upper level, above the shopping area around the Fountains. It is easily accessible by lift, as well as stairs. We had decided to sit outside. It was a lovely evening and we had a great view down the main street. Our servers were Charlie and Jack. Two lovely, helpful and chatty young people. When Charlie came to take our order, we got talking and she informed us that Tenerife was about to go on lockdown and this was going to be their last evening for service. For us this meant Ristorante Bianco was going to be our last meal of our holiday even though we had three days remaining. Somewhat shocked and apprehensive, we placed our order. Our drinks arrived; a sangria €9.90 and a white wine at €6 with the food following shortly afterwards. We had ordered two dishes which we shared. A pan roasted chicken pasta dish and a pizza, with sides of a salad and doughballs. The food was good. Fresh and flavoursome. Our bill came to just under €54 including tax. The news that this was going to in effect be the end of our holiday had come as a bit of a shock. COVID-19 had been cause for concern even before we left the UK, but since arriving on the island we had felt safe and distanced from what was happening in the rest of the world. Having said that, this restaurant was a lovely place to spend on our last evening. We would definitely recommend it. Everything about the restaurant was perfect. We look forward to returning when we next visit the island of Tenerife. Hopefully sooner rather than later!!! (Photos of our view from the balcony)

Italian dining experience definitely not!!

As a family we have been visiting this restaurant for many years and leaving each time with nothing but brilliant memories. Sadly on this occasion that was not to be. I booked a table 3 days in advance and was really looking forward to the evening, after waiting over 5 minutes outside we were shown to our table, the position was directly in line with the entrance which was constantly open with a cold wind blowing past our table , the occupants on the table next to ours were also feeling the draft(they left their coats on throughout the meal). I asked could we move to another table this was a slight improvement, we had our meal and left very deflated, not a very varied menu and very overpriced. Against my better judgement we decided to try again hoping it would be a better experience!! I requested a table at the back of the restaurant and once again was shown to a table on the terrace, I immediately requested a move and was moved to the table we had on our previous visit but this time all the sides had been open which left the restaurant rather cold, lots of people complaining and wanting to move tables, food was certainly nothing special and overpriced, Definite improvements need to be made to the menu and the venue. They used to have a soloist on, now it is a dj playing loud music not in keeping with an Italian dining experience

I am sorry that you were not seated in an area of the restaurant suitable to your needs on both ocassions and that the weather impacted on your evening with us . After lockdown we introduced a DJ playing instead of the solo singer and this has proved to be very popular but understand that it may not be for everyone. To hear you thought the food nothing special as our aim is to have all of our guests feeling they received quality good value for money and to hear on this occasion you didnt agree with us is very dissapointing but we take all of your comments onboard and hope it hasnt put you off dining with us in the future .

Disappointing food and shambolic service.

Visited on the 27th July for a birthday celebration, and wish we hadn’t bothered. Starters took over 40 mins to arrive and the mains over an hour later – the steaks were cold and one main course did not arrive at all. Drinks took 25 mins to be served each time. All in all, a disaster never to be repeated. Tasteless cold food, – I wouldn’t risk going again.

We had made a table reservation as we had been warned that the restaurant was very popular. Food was cooked to perfection and was very well presented (calamari, big bruschetta, calzone and spicy garlic king prawn tagliatelle). Appreciated the cloth napkins and table cover. We had a voucher for free cava which was very pleasant. Good range of wines at reasonable prices. The cost of the meal was slightly higher than in other local Italian restaurants but was worth it for a special night out (there were at least 3 birthday parties during our meal).

We visited this restaurant a few days ago with another family we were on holiday with. The decor of the restaurant is very modern and beautiful and there was a live singer on which was amazing. Our waiter Jack was excellent he made recommendations on dishes and was very attentive throughout the meal. The food was lovely and we had a round of pina colada’s to end the meal and we all agreed they were the best cocktails we had all holiday . We will definitely be back next time we visit the island.

We had a table booked for 845pm ordered a starter didn’t get it until 10pm. Apologised because the bread oven had broken. Offered free drinks then added more drinks onto bill at the end. Went past hunger so didn’t finish main meal. Also fillet steak wasn’t the best cut. Heard so many good things about but after this experience won’t be back

This is yet another great venture restaurant with amazing food, great service, a nice atmosphere & the best cocktails on the island!! We have been going to Bianco for years and the staff are like friends. Luca & his team make the best cocktails, fancy something that isn’t on the menu, tell them & they will make it! We always book for our sons birthday & he loves that they make a special fuss of him, dimming the lights, bringing out a special dessert & singing happy birthday. Thanks to Luca, Martina, Liam & Tini. Team Bianco 👍🏼

Very stylish if not a little over the top with a bit cheese but all good fun. They have a DJ on set all evening that makes the atmosphere party style just what you want on holiday 🤩 Food good quality and service excellent. Good choice of premium wines, spirits and champagne. Seating inside or terrace great for a cool breeze as the restaurant is open air. The only improvement I would make is a better quality champagne glasses with high steams and thin glass coupe. The ones served was the chunky cheap end of the market and don’t sit well with a €160 bottle of champagne.

Fantastic Restaurant. Both me and my girlfriend thought it was the best friendly and attention to detail service we ever experienced in a restaurant. Great atmosphere in the place, girl singing nice background songs, very good at what she does. The food was amazing, you could taste all the different flavours in the pizza, the pasta was tasty too. Had tasty dipping bread balls for starters and dessert was top draw too. Nice hot towel to clean off at the end. 5 star experience, I would have happily paid twice the cost for that experience.
