We were lucky to get a table on the terrace overlooking the beach. Seafood paella, service and wine were excellent.

La Laja We wanted to go to another restaurant, reported to be good and open by tripadvisor - but it was closed. As we walked back, we saw into another restaurant's kitchen - and as the cooks said friendly hello, we decided to choose their restaurant: la laja. A gorgious place on the beach with a great view. But neither... More

Wonderful restaurant with amazing sea view position. Food is wonderful and service excellent. A must to try. It's in a lovely corner position not far from where we stayed at Riu Jandia Palace. There are great bars and shops around. It's the old part of the town. You must walk up the the church behind it for wonderful views of... More

Wow the food - if you like traditional Spanish seafood this is the place. Food was unreal!!!!!! Most places were closed as we went for lunch around 4pm so were so lucky and these guys were happy to serve us. Funny that other peoples reviews mention the grumpy waiter which i'd agree with but actually he ended up being nice... More

Good food and excellent location but the waiter was verging on rude which spoiled the experience . Such a shame as this was our first meal in the island and we felt very unwelcome

Had an excellent evening meal here next to the sea. Great Melon with prosciutto ham to start, thought it would be small but was a huge plate. Had steak after and although mine was excellent and perfectly cooked, my partners was overdone. Overall though the food was good with a good selection to choose from and also pretty reasonably priced.

Came with my wife for dinner, and was hoping to have a great dinner, as we all say first impressions really make the night, certainly...
