The Dubliner is an Irish pub and restaurant on Autovia de Terragona a Salou and was a brilliant place to have a few beer's on an extremely hot day in Salou. This is a brilliant Irish pub and restaurant that offer's a very good food and drinks menu and was really busy when we visited here fairly early in the afternoon.
The Dubliner has a fantastic interior with a front area that looked like it was the eating area and a back bar area where we sat on our visit.A cosy pub and restaurant with an Irish themed interior with excellent fixtures and features and throughout it's interior a superb arrey of seating options.
When we visited here we had a few bottle's of Estrella Damm Cerveza MediterrĂ nia'an excellent Spanish lager which were served iced cold and were well priced.A fantastic Irish pub and restaurant that offers superb meals and well priced drinks that hosts live entertainment every night and is a real joy to visit.(This is my 1st review of the Dubliner)
Opening Hours.

We loved this place for breakfast. Our English breakfasts were beautiful.
We ate here once for tea and it was lovely I had a spaghetti bolognaise and my partner had chicken and peppercorn sauce both which were nice.
All we will say is on the morning they only had one lady who was having to put stock away, serve and clear away all at once and if it was busy this proved to be difficult which meant not being served for a little while.
Price was fine and normal for what we had (2 English breakfasts & 2 fresh orange was €20.50 euro.
Would recommend and would return 100%

Visited this place this evening and had to get straight on here to leave a review.
The food was so hard to choose from but I went with the Guinness and steak pie, partner had peri peri chicken and toddler had sausage, mash and gravy!
I initially didn't feel that hungry but the food was so nice I then realised I was
After having a fairly disappointing meal out for my birthday last week I was so glad we finally had some nice grub. My son demolished his and I was surprised as it was an extremely generous portion for a kids meal. He said "it was yummy and hot". A bit of a review of the lack of heat in our hotel food 🤣 partners peri chicken was deeeelish with a spicy sauce. My pie was just as I like it, pastry topped and super tasty. Homemade chips are lovely and the salad nice and crisp. We didn't even manage to get any pictures as we couldn't wait to dig in!
We even indulged in some puddings as we had enjoyed the meal so much. Definitely recommend the sticky toffee pudding.
Staff are very friendly and attentive, you will immediately feel welcomed in this lovely little place. The gentleman who's served us couldn't apologise enough that our puddings were going to take a little longer than usual due to a large party being in there. They still came out in a decent time.

I looked up places to eat near our hotel and looked up reviews, some good and bad on this ,decided to try it before lunch ordered drinks ,asked for menu , about 8 in restaurant in total. 15 minutes later drinks recieved but another 10 mins later nobody appeared for an order .A few enter door and were seated by a girl.gave them menu took drinks order but bypassed in the way not asking anything.
Very in their own world in attentive, i can see why there's issues or reviews on long waits .paid for drinks and left didn't bother ordering .

The Scottish staff were nice but they were sorely let down by the rude English woman that coughed over our food as she brought it to the table and kept blowing her nose without washing her hands. She made it VERY apparent that she did not want to be there with her loud sighs and forceful eye rolls. Guinness pie was tasty but was mostly liquid with a very thin pastry lid. Could have done with an extra spud or something on the side as portions are small.

We visited this pub 4/5 times on our week long holiday. Although we never ate here the menu looked good with cheap prices. We seen food being served and plates were being returned empty which is always a good sign! The drink prices were very reasonable and live music each night with Irish songs was very enjoyable which made us return nightly. The staff were excellent and overall the pub had a really good atmosphere! We would definitely recommend !

We visited The Dubliner after reading reviews on Trip Advisor. It was very busy but we were soon directed to a table and our order for drinks and food was taken promptly. The food when it arrived was delicious - steak and Guinness pie and the zinger mountain melt. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend a visit.

Visited The Dubliner on a very busy match day. Lucky to have got the last table in the house. Despite the throngs, staff were excellent and welcoming.
Pub grub in Spain can be a bit hit-and-miss for coeliacs but The Dubliner certainly delivered. Wait staff were very knowledgeable about gluten-free options and if in doubt, had no hesitation in checking with chef.
Food was excellent for all. No compromise on excellence in gluten free options. Really tasty. Great atmosphere and staff they can be really proud of. Recommend!

We got combi for starter but cheese sticks cold. The piri piri chicken was over spicy and over powered the rest of the dinner. The chicken carbonara, over powered with herbs, I never thought I could have a bad carbonara but yesterday proved me wrong. Sorry for the bad review.

Don’t order their chicken burger - it’s basically the exact same as McDonald’s mcchicken sandwich- not a difference and for the price it’s a joke. The waiter told me it was a breaded chicken fillet- it wasn’t. It was a bartered processed patty no different to McDonald’s- clean rotten. I’d avoid at all costs. Dingy hole- the toilets are another thing. Tiny and rough- no chance will I be back. Was expecting proper Irish food not McDonald’s

Had the Nachos for starters they were lovely. My wife had the chicken it was like leather . My Steak was bland , tasteless, it tasted like it was a defrosted steak that had been oven cooked. Very poor
Had to drown in sauce to make it eatable.
Wasn't that cheap either to be honest and the quality of food was not great .
I would not return.
Avoid would be my recommendation.
Drinks ok but not for food .
Maybe the breakfast is good but definitely not dinner . đź‘Ž

Nice Irish pub, good atmosphere and friendly helpful staff. Food is decent enough quality for pub standard food - we found it much more edible than a lot of places in the area. Would recommend to anyone visiting Salou.

My twin brother Stephen and I were pub and bar hopping around this part of the resort when we chanced upon The Dubliner and what a great find.
Walking in and I knew I would enjoy my visit here, interior is superb, it's multi roomed, a cool looking serving bar, dark wood features, pubby decor and furnishings, a pool table, big screens to enjoy the sport and plenty of seating options spread throughout this pub, its a great pub to unwind in.
We sat in the main bar area ,we got bottles of Estrella Damm beer, these were served in pristine condition being iced cold and sparkling and we just kicked back and took in the great pub we were in.
A big fan of this famous Spanish beer, a light and hoppy lager style beer perfect for the hot climate out here in Salou, when this beer is served freezing cold as in this pub its just a really thirst quenching beer indeed.
We both really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting for a first time visit to The Dubliner we were totally impressed.
The Dubliner is easy to locate along Autovia De Terragona De Salou.
Opening hours are;
Monday to Sunday, open from 9am.
Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Hi all, having had quite a few good nights out I would have given the Dubliner 4 maybe 5. Went today to cap off my holiday with family for lunch and to watch Ireland v England match. Also Man U playing and when we asked the “manager Seamus” which match would have sound on was told Man U, pointed out that people were leaving and response was “so let them leave” but if advice Seamus, leave it to the staff as certainly with your attitude, you would not wash glasses in any pub I own, my advice, go ti the Dubliner when the manager is not there
