Friendly atmosphere and good food

Located just across the Hajdúszoboszló Spa, on the corner, the menu contains Italian dishes but also Hungarian ones. Extremely nice employees, you can find menus in English and also employees speaking. An aspect that should be improved is vegetarian food, a very few options to choose.

Wide range of food

Wide range of food, you can choise an average hungarian food, like gulyas, babgulyas or some newline design food. Foods are delicious and worth to try and for sure you go back for a next dinner. Staff are helpfull but little bit slow when are a lot of guest. And take care of more clean, because of sticky table or ground.

Worth the wait

I would highly recommend to make a reservation to this restaurant because it gets very busy. Either that or you would come a little bit earlier. The service was kind of slow but their cocktails made up for the wait. They have two menus; one with their specialties and a pizza menu. Both of them are amazing. The staff was super friendly and took a good care of us. If you’re are visiting the area, this place is a must go.

Larva in the food and feeces like smelling duck

We went to the restaurant at three o clock to make a reservation for 7:30 in the evening( we had no language difficulties because one of our friends is Hungarian). We were there at 7:30 sharp and we had to wait for about 40 minutes in the cold because the waiter did not reserve our table. Ok we ordered and one of our friends ordered a goulash soup and the other one duck. The one with the goulash soup had a larva in it and when confronted the waiter said: “noooo it’s from the beans.” We showed him a picture on the internet with a larva and a picture of the spoon that had the same thing on it. They looked the same. My other friend started eating the duck and I started having a feeling it smelled like dog poop in the restaurant. Well, the poop smell came from the duck. It was rotten. I almost threw up because that’s the way my dog’s poop smells. We called the waiter again and asked kindly to smell the duck. He did not want to. We wanted to speak to the chef and complain about the way he cooked the food and handled his kitchen. They refused and brought us the check. We will be sure to file a complaint at the food control authoroties with pictures. This cannot go on like this. Someday people might get really sick. If you want great food and great experience - GO TO THE KEMENCES CSARDA

Horrible food and services

Long review alert :) I went there with my friends (made a reservation in advance) but when we got there the table was unavailable. The waiter told us to wait outside for 5-10 minutes until the persons at our table left. We ended up staying in cold weather for half an hour. After all of this, one of my friend ordered a goulash and found a larva in it. The response from the waiter was that „this never happened before and it certainly isn't a larva” although it was. Then something started to smell really bad and realized it was my dish (duck with noodles and Chinese spices). It was a smell that a duck should never smell in your plate (like actually sh**). When I asked the waiter to smell it too he just ignored us and leave. They did not charge us for the goulash my friend had, but for the smelly duck we had to pay. Really encouraging you not to go there. Just 5 min walk away is a really really good traditional restaurant that we ended up going next day.

Waited 30 min in the cold when we had a reservation

We had a confirmed reservation that the restaurant did not deliver on. The staff promised us 10 min delay, but that turned into half an hour of standing outside in a sub zero weather. This is for me a clear display of unprofessionalism.

The food was very delicious and good size of portions. The service is very friendly and professional. Food arrived fast warm and fresh. There is a good selection of choices. The restaurant was nice warm and cozy.

Great value for money!

Great value for money, big portions and great services. Nearby the Thermal. I truly recommend the big platters, we had the 4pax and it is huge, so we couldn't finish it.

Friendly and professional staff, great food. They have the usual Hungarian dishes with a twist and the servig looks great! Beware, the portions are pretty big :)

Slow kitchen, average food

The food was OK, but It could be better. The kitchen was really slow. We waited 1 hour for the starter and the pasta. The drinks was good, and the waitress was nice.

Not italian pizza

We had 2 pizzas here and they were ok, but not the best. They say they have italian pizza, but that is not italian at all… maybe only 2 or 3 pizzas from their menu might be called italian
