I used to be a real fan of El Fenix, but this restaurant has got quite pricey for the quality of food they have to offer. This is probably the lowest quality Mexican food one can find. Most of the fast food Mexican restaurants in the area have much tastier food. The past few times my husband and i have... More

We were seated promptly and were offered the brunch buffet. We ordered off the menu instead. Server was attentive. Our food was hot. We enjoyed our lunch.

Love El Fenix. Been around most of my life and I have loved and supported them every time I am in town. Wish I lived here just for the margaritas and enchillidas. Chips are first rate every time. Other restaurants envy them the chips and sauce. I do too. Everything is always fresh and the staff are kind and cheerful.... More

My cousin and I had lunch there last week. Even though they were busy we received wonderful services and the staff was very friendly.

I can just simply say that I have enjoyed every meal at any of their locations. It is the one place where I know anything I choose to order will taste good. It is also the best service visit after visit. Still in the original family and it shows in their quality.

It's a shame I grow up on elfenix at cads Linda location. And ever since it sold from being a small franchise the food is horrible. The chips are saltly the hot sauce has no flavor anymore. We have has enchiladas, fajitas, Taco salads. Everything just was blah. And the tortillas are straight out of a package. Very disappointed.

Having tried a few El Fenix and having the same food problems I am pretty sure it may be a preparation issue. Nice folks, good service, but sometimes meats are way over cooked. Always feel at home, just wish they would prep food to not be bone dry.
