The place is a bit pricey but if you are in a hurry and wlling to pay for quick fix while waiting for your flight back home then this place is fine. The are is not overcrowded. They accept USD and rupiahs.

The service is terrible, our waitress basically couldn't give a dam, sour face, unfriendly and unprofessional. She reached across the table in front of us instead of walking around to place the food in front of us, and even handed one plate to my husband to pass across because she couldn't be bothered to walk a couple of steps. We... More

The seafood tom yam consists of few pieces of squid, fish balls and mushrooms floating in a bowl of obviously pre-prepared powder based tom yam soup. Prices here are 3x what you can get for a decent meal outside. Service was bad as well. Had to walk myself to the counter to pay the bill as the waiters were looking... More

We had an ice tea that had soo much sugar it was undrinkable. Waited 30mins for two "award winning" pad thai's, they were fowl, the prawns tasted off.. I hope we don't get sick!

Unfriendly and apathetic staff from the beginning to the end. Food was disgusting : overcooked pasta and beef tasted like plastic. The salmon was off as well. Overpriced food and drink. I didn't touch my food and said to the waitress it was non eatable but no reaction from the staff. Please avoid this place

The Asian fusion food attracted us going in, we ordered ham sausage fried rice, taste was fantastic, fresh fried rice with good quality. But waiting time was exceptional long, and waiters seem to be so green and busy with nothing.

We first tried this place back in February when the new airport was still new so we put the bad experience down to 'teething problems'. Suffice to say here we are again as captives in an under resourced airport (as I type) and again at the Black Canyon die to no other options. The one word which I would use... More

Lets face it no airport in the world has good food, so with my expectations set, I wasn't disappointed. The expensive club sandwich served with chips had fourteen(14) chips on it. Stingy. That said they were pretty good chips, making up for the pretty mediocre chips. Chicken wings had no flavor but were edible. The table next to me had... More

Not really enough seating for the volume of people. This may improve once the airport is finished and there are more food choices. Probably the lowest quality food we had in Bali but hot and tasty.

Worst meal I had in bali. I ordered the cooked breakfast. When I finally received it, it looked like slop on a plate. The scrambled eggs were quite runny and not hot. The chicken sausages looked more like little fingers. The wilted spinach was the only thing I was looking forward too now and I took a bite and found... More
