We popped in here for lunch and the dining area facing the street was empty. We asked to sit there and that was denied. We were hoping to have as much space as possible between us and other diners due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Plus there is a view of the Dockyard and the street. After a confusing wait we were ushered to a covered outdoor area with ceiling fans blowing 85 degree air. Not comfortable. Service was disjointed and when the lady came she said are you ready to order but no drinks request had been made. She did pick up and get it together but I got the feeling the wait staff were not well experienced nor trained. You never serve the gentleman first! The food did come although the plantains were replaced by corn ships with no explanation. My fellow diners seemed pleased with the food and the bill came to $80 for three. This would not be my first choice when I am in Dockyard again.

Our taxi driver Quincy recommended the Bone Fish for dinner, and it did not disappoint. Fantastic drink menu, great atmosphere and wonderfully fresh seafood. We had a mixed seafood salad for an appetizer, followed by the rockfish (a Bermuda specialty) and fish and chips. It was all excellent. The service was friendly and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

We visited for dinner while in port. We wanted to have dinner off the ship to experience the local cuisine and we were not disappointed. In fact, this was one of the best meals we have had. We were careful not to order anything that was offered aboard the ship. We had the Bermudian Fish Chowder which was a tomato-based soup, with finely shredded wahoo fish and a unique flavor. As a main course, we had grilled wahoo with mixed vegetables as a side. The wahoo was great, and the vegetables were extremely fresh and flavorful. For dessert. we shared a slice of Rum Cake, which was the best I have had. It was light and not soaked in rum as is the case with many rum cakes. It was supposed to be served with rum raison ice cream - but they were out, Vanilla ice cream was a fine substitution. We were seated in an outdoor area and enjoyed the entertainment of a steel drum band. The Service was a little on the slow side - that is why I gave four stars vs five stars.

We cruised into port and we’re excited to see food & drinks conveniently located to our ship. We were a group of 5 couples. It can be a task to wait a 10 top with multiple personalities & expectations. It was an absolute BLESSING to have Michelle as our waitress. She is a true GEM! Michelle was attentive to our every need. She was professional, polite and provided excellent recommendations. Our group consistently had water, drinks & food at all times. Our group ended up eating here 3 more times before our cruise departed because Michelle took SUCH excellent care of us ever time we visited. While Michelle made our experience last a life time, the food & drinks were great too. Food can quickly, was hot, plentiful & of excellent quality. The live music was a plus. Also, with being a group of 10 with no children, it was SO NICE that children had a place to play so all of the other parents around us could enjoy their time watching live music too. It’s a perfect set up for families or couples only.

Unbelievable customer service. We arrived and waited by the sign that said wait to be seated. Staff walked past us and said nothing, and then one did come and say wait there. The manager came and said why are you just standing there? We said because she told us to! He said just go and sit down anywhere you want to. Tried to order some food (I said can I order some food please?), and the barman just stared at me, didn’t say anything, Uncomfortable silence…. I said well can I order? He said yes! I am waiting! I said well how about opening your mouth and saying something to me, like hello or how can I help or why do you want? He made some smarmy remark and I said forget it, I wouldn’t risk eating here if that is how you treat people. I think he was probably off hours head on narcotics. Such a shame, people in Bermuda have been so nice. The manager came and apologised again, offered the menu but we declined and finished our drinks and left. Two members of staff who obviously either hate their jobs of enjoy belittling their customers.

Good news this restaurant offers gluten-free buns. Bad news it was not toasted so it crumbled. I tried eating it with a fork. Didn’t help. The brisket served on it was threes slices of brisket about a quarter inch thick. Double cut not single cut. This girl from Pgh who use to slice brisket for a living experienced culture shock. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Needless to say I left hungry. My husband ordered a local fish sandwich served on raisin bread along with fish chowder. His meal was fantastic. Next time I will ask for a toasted bun. Service was good.

Been going here for years but not eaten here in a while. Just ordered their FishCake on a brioche bun with mango salsa and seared banana. This was the best fishcake I’ve ever had. It was so delicious and fresh and very reasonably priced.

Where else can you go to have great food, fun drinks, dance while you wait for your food to live music, and play in a bounce house too? Awesome music, awesome food, very memorable night. Our server Caetano was fantastic. Can't wait to return.

Enjoyed a lovely lunch here while visiting Bermuda. Portions were huge!! Staff were very friendly and chatty. Learned a lot about the local history. Drinks were great - not watered down for tourists. Desserts were delicious - especially the white chocolate panna cotta. To die for!!

My wife and I hung out on the patio for a couple hours this past Monday night to try the Rum Swizzles and a Dark and Stormy, both of which tasted good. The service was fantastic and the overall vibe was friendly. What made this night unforgettable was the musical duo who performed on stage. Their covers were soulful and the songs they chose were great to sing along to.

The Bone Fish restaurant is one of my favourites at the western end of the island. It's set in an area that's set apart, not too busy though it can get crowded the ships are docked nearby. The food here is good. We had the Local fish and fries. The portions were plenty so we shared a plate and added a salad. Quite enjoyable.

Just beware that it gets busy fast! Food (snapper sandwich) was excellent! As stated it was busy it service was a tad slow but I can overlook that for food quality. I sat the outside bar and chatted with the bartender in between him running around. The experience worked for me. I'd go back again in a flash.

We were there on a cruise that stayed overnight and this is very close to the cruise dock. The service was good. The food was good. We had the crab and shrimp stuffed mushrooms which were the best we have had anywhere. I had the coconut prawns Thai curry which was also very good. We sat on the patio which was very nice.

We were so happy this place was open on a rainy Sunday during the big remodeling time. We just stopped in for a drink while we waited for the ferry. Place was packed due to folks from giant cruise ship trying to get out of the rain when nearly the whole town was shutdown. $30 for a beer and a Prosecco on tap. Sat at the bar rather than waiting for a table and had the best bar service.

Been to Bermuda 3 times and so far (Which is very convenient to the cruise ship terminal) we have been here each time several times. Good excuse to get in out of the rain this last time while the Euro Cup was on the tv, several TVs. The staff made everyone comfortable even if you were not a soccer fan. Good food, great drink, fun atmosphere. Will return when we return. Still have my Bone Fish souvenir glass from the first time there.
