For centuries, seafaring voyagers left an indelible mark on Bermuda’s cuisine. Trade routes traversed the Atlantic, blending Old World traditions with those of the New World and West Indies. Reflecting these rich and diverse culinary influences, the resort’s signature restaurant delivers a contemporary take on island comfort food, placing emphasis on spices and time-honored cooking methods. Drawing from land and sea, locally caught fish, fresh seasonal harvests and artisanal products feature prominently on the menu. Vibrant and informal, the Island Brasserie takes its inspiration from a colonial-style home. Antique brass detailing and Gerard Henderson’s iconic hand-painted murals pay homage

Me we’re staying on property and decided to try this restaurant. The food and service were both top notch! The dinning room it self was classic, and beautiful with the use of old murals. Definitely don’t miss this restaurant when visiting!
We did dinner on a Sunday night at Island Brasserie Rosewood, the restaurant was quiet due to "winter season" and the last day of the weekend, however we had a nice evening, food was tasty with a nice presentation. We tried the local goat cheese...More
We were disappointed with our late launch here. I had the calamari, which was pretty flavorless. My husband had the tuna tartar which didn’t have much flavor either and he described it as mediocre. My mom liked her grilled shrimp, but I had one and...More
This place is one of the main reasons we don’t fuss about having to dine out and leave the resort. The food here is always spot on. Their menu is innovative and delicious. They’re happy to make any substitutions as needed. Service is quick and...More
This is not a coffee house, or café! While the Rosewood Bermuda uses the island brasserie as their breakfast and lunch and dinner restaurant it’s actually so much more than the normal coffee house that you find in a hotel, and, The Rosewood is not...More
What a gorgeous location and a delightful Bermuda place to dine. The four of us had a wonderful evening: impeccable food and service, in arguably one of the most stunning hotels on the island. Will book into it on our next visit.
Went here for a company social event. The evening started badly when I ordered a pre-dinner drink. I ordered a Piña Colada, but didn’t recognise what arrived. I had wanted a traditional Piña Colada, but what came look like chocolate swirl. They had made it...More
I'm ecstatic that the 'best soup in the world' is back on the menu! We stopped coming to the Brasserie when meal service was ended in the bar area. We did not like the larger impersonal dining hall with uninspiring menu items. We returned today...More
