A real surprise among all the tourist places. The entrance to the restaurant might be a little dificult to find but once you are there you will be surprised by the quiet atmosfere and absolutely lovely dishes. There is no menu; you make a choice between short or longer flow of dishes. Take your time for real fine dining and... More

To find this place was a real miracle - and it is thanks to Tripadvisor. It is located just 200 meters from the main square, and does not have any special sign outside. The small restaurant inside is the real Paradise! They do not have fixed menu, you just have choose how many courses you take. We choosed the "short"... More

Fantastic and out of the ordinary dishes with an unexpected marriage of ingredients. You have to choose between a short and long tasting menu and the Chef surprises you with each dish. I like to opt for the wine pairing in order to discover new wines and at Montia, it sure is an extraordinary adventure! Too bad it's so difficult... More

We had a great meal at this tiny slightly hard to find restaurant, that seemed to be tucked away in the most unlikely spot. The interior is cool and contemporary and the staff charming. The chefs come out to present each course of the fabulous tasting menu. They only do the tasting menu, either long or short, even the short... More

Innovative, imaginative, mostly organic food & wine, sourced impeccably and served by passionate young chefs. Every course of our tasting menu was a delight with clean, fresh flavours and wonderful, local produce. Wines were unusual, eye opening & faultless. Parking was easy in a nearby public car park near to the famous El Escorial Monestary with just a short walk... More

We have visited this restaurant for the third time and always we love it as the food is perfect, everything very balanced and tasty, not too modern but really fresh, and, otherwise it's quite fine with the price!
