We booked a table here because it is rated the number 1 restaurant in Aranjuez & we liked the fact that Carlos acknowledges every comment, good or bad. The location is good in that it's very handy for central Aranjuez although being on a street means that we chose not to eat outside which would have been nice as the... More

Located in one of the side streets in Aranjez this restaurant comes highly recommended. You can eat indoors or at the pavement tables. We eat outside. Carlos the manager was helpful and explained the menu to us in English. I chose the sirloin steak with Pedro Himinez . I misunderstood how this would be and believed that the Pedro Himinez... More

We visit La Almazara with the family. We did not have a booking, but they indicated to us at 13:00h that at 15:15h we would have a table for us. They made us wait till 16:40h because they did not inform us that there was a table before us. We felt like as were "captured". The service is quite slow... More

My husband and I went to lunch here after visiting the palace, just 5 minutes walk away. We thought we would have the menu of the day which was very popular with the locals and only cost 11 euros. It looked great. You have a choice from 4 starters and 4 entrees. One very popular menu item was the Risotto... More

We visited the restaurant mid-week for lunch. Our meals were great - well prepared with quality ingredients and extremely tasty. The manager took time out from the regular customers to personally make sure that we were looked after. He and the other staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. Knowing that we only understood very limited Spanish, the... More

First meal I had in Aranjuez after moving to the town. Food was impeccable and the service matched. In the last 3 months I have tried several other local eateries and nothing comes close.

The place is nice, the service is friendly, the price is right but the food is really basic and even boring, so not worth going. Average Price: 20€/person

I just cannot understand how this place is ranked so high on trip advisor, food was simply horrendous and very greasy. The premises are old, run down and ugly in an even uglier location. We were driving through Spain and completely trusted the reviews, unfortunately we were expecting something else. This is the second time I write this review, the... More

Description
Almazara Restaurant has been a family business for 8 years. We have recently moved and our new location is in Calle del Real nº1 in Aranjuez. We are situated next to the Princess Garden and close to the Royal Palace (5-7 minutes walking) and to the other Royal gardens. We have a bar area as well as a restaurant with 32 tables in total in three different dining rooms. One of the dining rooms is private and we also have 10 tables on the terrace.

Our dishes are a mix of fusion food and traditional Spanish cuisine at prices which are affordable for everyone. High quality food and great service shouldn’t mean an expensive meal and this is important to us so our meals range from between €10 - €20. We also offer a menu del dia which is a fixed price three course meal and we have a cheaper children’s menu.

For more information please contact us on the telephone number posted on the Tripadvisor website.
