I had the pleasure of discovering the flavors of Divan during the lockdown deliveries and since I have never eaten on sight at the actual venue, I can only jugde from the flavours and texture of dishes and here is what: The flavours are delightful...and rich. Elaborate yet not pretentious. All the ingredients, from greens to meats feel and taste fresh. Everything feels of high quality. The Tas Kebab Special is indeed a special! IT ROCKS! Highly recommended! The burger sliders are a bomb! Nothing short of greatness! Definitely among Athens best mini burgers! The livers starter is wonderful and taboule has all the crunch and the kick. Presentation is great even in the delivery format. It still looks and feels like an elegant meal. Some of the dishes that Divan offers, may seem a little more pricey than the average but it is easily justified because the gastronomic experience they offer is also above average. Divan was such an enthusiastic disvovery for me that I wanted to give a detailed review of how my expectations were exceeded over multiple lockdown home delivery dinners. I highly reccomend this wonderful venue! It is a Thank You from me!More

i ate at this restaurant yesterday for my 30th birthday, what a mistake that was, hands down the worst Lebanese food ive ever eaten, im from london and have Lebanese alot. The waiters were slow and not very accommodating, i asked for things and they...didnt come and when i confronted the waiter about my terrible meal he just told me i was wrong. The lighting was terrible and in the restaurant are people are smoking sheesha which is also not something you want while eating. Go if you want sheesha and drinks but for food you're definitely better off going to any other restaurant in the area, even a sandwich from a shop would satisfy more. Cheers for ruining my birthday.More

By far the best place to go when in Glyfada, Shisha are top quality and food is delicious. Staff are also extremely friendly and always make you feel at home. Divan is great for anyone looking for a vibey and fun place in the South....I highly recommend the Divan platter and their burgers, they are to die for (thank me later).More

We wanted to try a new cuisine for a change and we couldn’t have made a better choice. Its a Middle East & Lebanese restaurant with a very nice atmosphere. All the dishes we ordered were very tasty, colourful and you could tell that the...ingredients used were of good quality. Each dish had a rich flavour; the starters and the main courses are generous portions and the prices are reasonable. We would definitely recommend it and we will definitely go again.More

Divan is ideally located in one of the busiest areas in Glyfada. It offers authentic, quality Lebanese food, great cocktails, and great shisha too. The staff is attentive, friendly, and quite welcoming. I highly recommend this place if you are in the neighborhood.

Once you pass through the outside hall/area , which is so not worth it , to say the least - I mean lots of teenagers , crowded in the very limited space , the tables are touching each other , and the whole thing is...very un necessary in my opinion - then you enter a very cozy and nice place and environment. The whole vibe inside is more than fine. The menu is very interesting and with very reasonable prices , but unfortunately I cannot express my opinion about it because I didn't eat. So , it looks good , sounds good , smells good , it costs decent , but I promised myself , next time at first. But there might not be a next time, because , I went to have shisha - nargile - hookah , call it as you know it. First , a very polite , but totally irrelevant waiter , tried to explain the shisha menu to me , but he definitely didn't know a thing about it , so one of the managers(or owners) came. The price list was unreal. It was so absolutely expensive, that for me , it was sort of theft. 30 , 50 , 100 euros for a shisha!!??? I asked him why he is that expensive , I wanted to know the reason behind this, maybe I was going to smoke gold and diamonds!!?? He gave me a childish explanation - very VIP tobacco, taxes and heavy crystal hookas , and left me wondering , how the hell some people treat you like you are an idiot or someone that came from the mountains. I asked for two flavors , they dude have them , out of stock. Finally , I asked for the most simple shisha there was , asked the price in advance , informed that it was going to be 25 euros and waited for my order to come. They really took their time preparing or maybe I was not a good customer for only 25 euros . When it finally arrived , it was good , satisfactory and the hookah boy was around to change the coals. Other than that they didn't bother with me one bit. I was the only person sitting inside. When the time came to leave , I asked for an invoice, and they presented one for 30 euros. 30! I didn't even bother , I paid and left , and nobody bothered to even say goodbye or goodnight or thank you as opposed to when I arrived , where they greeted me very polite and warmly. CONCLUSION : If you have money to throw away , if you want to be greeted nicely as you leave , just go there and spend. Otherwise , especially if you are a tourist , make sure you have enough in your pocket or credit card ,or you will be in very big surprises and they will treat you as an invisible something. Oh , I forgot to mention that all these teenagers were Arab , Russian etc. Make your own conclusions. And by the way. Half of the kids there were not even allowed to smoke shisha , because of their age. But of course , everyone in Greece feels and believes they are above the law ...More
