Great food in a wonderful, unique atmosphere located in the interesting downtown square in McKinney. Lots of variety on the menu and breakfast is served all day.

We have been here a couple times. The service is always great and the food is pretty good. It's great comfort food for reasonable prices

Went with some friends on a Saturday around 1:00. Had about a 15 minute wait, which I didn't think was too bad. We were seated in annex or what ever they called it. Through the main restaurant through the back door, down some steps, through another door, down the sidewalk, through another door, and we finally arrived!!! We were seated... More

We sat as a family on the patio a couple weeks ago for breakfast. Food was good- we had the French toast and breakfast sandwich. Kids liked their pancakes and sausage. Service was slow, especially when we were ready to leave. But overall good experience.

First off, we have been eating at Spoons since it opened in the original location in McKinney. Maybe because Spoons has been around so long now that Karen has gotten lax about quality of food and employees. We came for Sunday brunch and it was horrible. The first hiccup came when I noticed three plates sitting under the heat lamp... More

The desserts- pies and cupcakes are very good. We like the key lime and coconut pies. The music on weekends is very enjoyable. The food- it is ....ok. Not bad but not great. They have some very heavy meatloaf type meals, homestyle, but we haven't been impressed with the menu. We do still go, however, for desserts and when we... More

We had not been here in a couple of years so decided to give it a try! The adult grilled cheese sandwich was as good as always. Also the Ruben sandwich was as good as I had remembered. The wait staff was awesome and attentive. A wonderful place for lunch

This has become my curve of friends meeting spot for breakfast. The food is always delicious. They also have a great coffee selection and the service is always good. Get there early so you don't have to wait to long to be seated.

Very good sandwiches and plate lunches/meals. Chicken fried chicken is huge! Everything I have had was very good. Friendly waitresses. Often very crowded. Outside seating is limited, but great for people watching on the square.

My wife has been going for some time on Thursday nights when they have live music. My daughter reserved the back room for a baby announcement party two years ago, it was a girl! We had lunch here recently on a Saturday afternoon and early on a Sunday. Even when a lot of people waiting we never waited more than... More
