Tried to stop by as per recommendations on a Sunday at 3 p.m. on our way home from a business trip. Closed up tight and phone number has been changed but the new number "not available". We believe the business is completely gone!

We love the ambiance outside and inside. The food is very good. I love the Manchega cheese platter and garlic mushrooms. We haven't been there in awhile but it is romantic and unique for the area.

We have been to the McKinney Square many times but found this place about 2 years ago. It is a place you have to try. The location is perfect and the patio is the best. The servers are always wonderful...ask for Hector. Try the empanadas, the roasted bell peppers with the cheese on top. Ask your server. This is a... More

The food here is great! Very similar to some of the foods my husband & I tried while on a Spanish food tour in Madrid. Our whole party had an awesome time and stayed for several hours. I have only one recommendation- more Spanish Reds on your wine list. Please!

The "Spanish" tapas don't come even close to the real thing. The sangria is super over priced. The Rabas are fine, a bit salty for my liking but the marinara sauce if more like pizza sauce. The Patatas Bravas don't have brava sauce, they come with I don't know what type of sauce that is not even hot like the... More

Friday night, after work, great friends, great food and wine, as always. Lamb lollipops, cheese platters, chicken kabobs, peppers, and more......all amazing! Thank you, Albert and staff! You always make Café Malaga one of our favorite places. Sorry to see it close down next week;anxiously awaiting your reopening.

Not quite Malaga but very nice. We had a nice mid afternoon salad and tapas. We sat outside in the shade of the large trees. The mussels were very fresh and perfectly prepared. The doctor is that of an old house, nothing fancy but functional. Wanted to visit these folks for a while now. Based on our first visit, we... More

A very nice place with fun and tasty tapas. Sitting outside was even OK in this Texas heat with the fans on and the shade. They have a big area with trees and lights that I think will be nice in fall and spring when it's cooler. They also have inside seating. Only two of the seven tapas we tried... More

Our hosts at the McKinney Bed and Breakfast recommended Cafe Malaga. The tapas were wonderful and the service fantastic.

This is a great place to meet and greet friends. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. They have a full bar and a good wine menu. The tapas are the best as you can have a sampling of many entrees without getting over filled.
