Waiter wasn't very friendly and felt as if being rushed but the soup was good and salad had way to much dressing on it and bread sticks were hard and cold

Great menu, although I hear not for the Italian food purist. This Italian chain (and our local location) provides the cheese ravioli with marinara that I have loved for years, plus other less plebian dishes. We always enjoy it on a family visit. Love the bread sticks and soup. The staff is well trained and attentive.
My wife and I went to this Olive Garden for lunch last week. We like the Shrimp Fritatta as it makes for a tasty, light lunch. Our waitress was attentive at first but once she delivered our food, we never saw her at our table again. She spent our entire lunch chatting with one table of guests and never came... More
While waiting for our meal to arrive, my grandchildren asked if they could play some games on the table side kiosk at Mentor, Ohio, Olive Garden. No coin slots or cards needed, no signs posted regarding charges. The server and hostess did not mention anything about charges. The server entered our credit card charges on the kiosk. When I got... Standard good Olive Garden food. Our server was very friendly and helped save us money by his suggestions. The service was great by everyone. The tabletop kiosks did make me start to think less of this branch, but the service of our waiter made us feel comfortable.
Food was edible, but our server was bad. It wasn't just him, but I noticed most of the servers scowling as soon as they turned their head from their customers. It was as if the entire staff hated being there. Only fake, faint smiles to the customers face with a condescending frown or smirk as they walked around. I'm of... More
We walked in and got seated immediately since there were plenty of empty tables. After 20 minutes, we had not even been spoken to. So, we got up and left.
I just reviewed the Olive Garden in Garland and this one was better. It was my middle daughter's birthday meal and Ricky went above and beyond to make it nice. He got our rather complicated order correct and met all our needs with a smile. He even asked if my daughter wanted singing for her birthday. We outvoted my son-in-law,... More
I sometimes pick up a to go order here and have found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The dinners are consistent with the Olive Garden cuisine.
Olive Garden has added tabletop kiosks to their restaurant in McKinney. While waiting for our order we played a trivia game on the kiosk at our table. We did not see any warning prior to starting the game that there would be $1.99 care added to our bill. I think this is ridiculous and outrageous to charge for playing a... More
