We visited last Saturday at 1:30, so after the lunch rush. Well that didn't seem to matter. The waitresses are also the hostesses so we had to wait a few minutes for one to come out of the back to seat us. There was one small table and one large table with guests so they weren't busy. Once we sat... More

Food was dry or near tasteless. It took us an hour to get our food and we watched several parties of four or more leave after waiting 30+ minutes for service. Terrible.

So I love barbecue, but generally only eat it once a year since my wife and all my kids are vegetarians. This year I went to Hank's. Food was good, but, unlike other reviews, service was excellent. I went in for a late lunch and it was pretty empty, but the bartender immediately came from behind the bar and came... More

We stopped by on a Sunday evening with 2 hours left before closing. Maybe that's the problem since we didn't stop by during lunch/dinner rush. The best part of this experience was the interior decorations. Hank the bulldog was a major theme and bulldog images and other fun things covered the walls. We ordered the fried pickles appetizer, barbecue platter,... More

Besides the fact the waitress throwing herself at my husband, they were sweeping the floor right around us kicking up all different kinds of particles onto our food. The bathrooms were so disgusting that I walked right out. Talked to the manager and he laughed at me. Customer service was one of the worse experiences.

Small intimate feel - can get near stage. Very good mix of country music. Didn't eat there so can't rate the food but atmosphere seems more bar than anything. Long bar and then a back room with tables/bar and live music. Intimate feel with small dance area. There is free parking but it is some there and some at hotel... More

We recently went to Hanks and sat at the bar there were only 2 other people there also and it took forever for the girl to come to us then she did and same thing hardly came over to check on us. The food was very over cooked.

We went to Hanks to see the band Micky and the Motorcars (Great Band). We had great reserved seats. Food and drinks were really good and the service was excellent. The place was packed yet our server was very efficient in always making her rounds. Atmosphere was great----very Texas.

We ate here because it was handy to the hotel. We hated to leave the football game but we were in a hurry. Imagine our surprise at finding the largest tv I have ever seen! This was like watching a game in a theater. The burgers were good; the beers were huge!

When we first got there it took 20 min to get a beer and a mixed drink. Then we tried to order lunch but if I asked the waitress what a couple things was on the menu her reply was I don't know. Another real nice waitress came and helped us and said she was new but there are better... More
