Unique restaurant squeezed into a small space. Soup and sandwiches, salads. The homemade soup of the day was outstanding!

We had reservations but I'm unclear why. This is a house turned into a restaurant. Darling concept but there are literally 3 tables inside & 4 outside. Everyone that works there is miserable & the vibe is sad. The restaurant was completely packed by 10am and I thought the servers on the patio were going to neck punch me when... More

Turkey and gouda sandwich was good, wouldn't recommend the hummus sandwich. Location is on the town square of Marfa, visit the courthouse while you're there.

Had lunch there and, because we enjoyed it, went back for breakfast the next morning. I had the lox plate both times. It was wonderful - plenty of lox with wonderfully fresh bread and served with fresh spinach leaves, capers, lemon, tomato, and cream cheese. Not on many menus - but done right here! My partner had a roast beef... More

Walking around Marfa, we found Squeeze and came in for lunch...oh boy so happy we did!! Small restaurant off an alley. Husband and I had half of sandwich, bowl of soup, chips and split a small bowl of fresh fruit. What a yummy meal. Sandwich was chicken salad...great bread and probably the best chicken salad I've ever had. The soup...... More

Off an alley, with very few tables, Squeeze offers a limited breakfast menu of quite average scrambled egg dishes. The only trace of the cafe's self-declared "Swiss" influence is the blandness of the food and the weird "bircher muesli" that tastes like grape soda poured over oat flakes.

Hi DRS_CA, We want to thank you for stopping by and for sharing your feedback with us. We are disappointed to hear you were not completely satisfied after your meal with us. We do want to point that our "Swiss" influence comes from the fact that I was born and raised in Switzerland. While we wish you would have left... More

Food is fresh, made to order, and nicely presented. The tea and coffee were both good, as were the eggs and waffles. The restaurant itself has a friendly atmosphere...recommended!

There are not a lot of restaurants open early in Marfa, but Squeeze opens at 8am and I had the Waffles with berries one morning (great Belgian crispy waffle), the continental breakfast another, and the last day I had the Birchermüesli cereal. All were great and filling and with a generous portion. I arrived early and most people don't show... More

This cute restaurant was a major disappointment. It took us forever to place an order at the counter and then 40 minutes for the server to bring our sandwiches. The food itself was acceptable, though nothing special. But the wait was ridiculous. The location is ideal though and there are not many choices in town.

We found this restaurant while taking a walk around the county courthouse grounds. What a pleasant surprise. The food was great. Get there early.
