The Food Shark is legendary in Marfa. An informal funky locale with good lunches. A consistent favorite. Mediterranean influenced.

Cool space and clean restroom but the lamb kabob, which looked great, wasn't up to par. Tough, gristly, and partially inedible. My ladyfriend said the falafel was good and the beer was cold.

My husband & I had seen Food Shark on Daytripper. We are visiting Marfa, on a wet, cold week, but we had to try Food Shark. It was a little muddy getting to the trailer, there were tables outside, but too wet, so we ate...More

Don’t miss this eclectic Mediterranean food truck for great lamb kabobs. Great service. The owners car collection is phenomenal!

Outside eating on old elementary school desks (unless you choose to eat in the repurposed bus which is now a ‘dining car’), surrounded by old junk cars from the 50’s and 60’s!! There is a very limited menu, but the Marfalahal and the lamb kabob...More

Delicious food - friendly outdoor patio where food is served from a food truck. Even in May it was pleasant in the shade. A great stop after hours of walking!

I had the marfalafel and it was SO good! Crunchy falafel, creamy hummus, and perfect spices. Bring cash, and if it is really hot outside you may get it to go since there is no indoor seating

The food was good, but the service was sketchy. They told us our food would be ready in 15 minutes; it was actually 45 minutes! The iced tea sat on a counter outside the truck and it was a bit rusty. Also lots of large...More

First off, bring cash. They don't take credit cards. I had the smoked turkey sandwhich and it was good. Real thick pieces of turkey, not something out of a package of cold cuts. My friend had the BBQ falafel and he said that it was...More
