Interesting twist on BBQ falafel and buttermilk slaw. Delicious. The drinks were bottled with cane sugar. I had the Tamarind flavor.

This restaurant is a Marfa staple. I was lucky that every time I went I didn't have to wait that long, and the food never disappointed. The watermelon agua frescas are particularly satisfying during Marfa's blazing hot summer afternoons. Also, as Marfa restaurants go this one is on the less-expensive side, though it's more costly than trucks in NYC, LA... More

This is a food truck with great seating behind. Don't be afraid to share a table with others. Every meal is made fresh. The lamb kabob was excellent. And the best part is bring your own beer! BYOB!!

At the time we went, the truck still served lunch under the outdoor pavilion. The food is so FRESH it's hard to believe it's food truck food. The pavilion area is a building now, not sure if they are taking the food inside or not. The choices change daily but the freshness always stay amazing.

This place is consistently good and usually has a surprise or two in store for you. Seating available. Good people watching. Fair prices. Great casual Greek food - lamb kabobs and falafels are regulars on the menu, as are BBQ specials. Several vegetarian options. A must if you are in Marfa.

Plan ahead, make sure you have the time (took 45 minutes today) to get your meal, because it's worth it! There are not many options in Marfa, but this is a great one. Yesterday was falafel. Today was a salad with goat cheese an hummus. Both were fantastic. Great, delicious, fresh, and reasonably priced food. BTW, my pal loved his... More

Had the salad 2x in 2 days. Not as quick as most food trucks but definitely the best casual lunch in Marfa.

I ate here for lunch on a Saturday and it was delicious! Some of the portions are large. I wanted the lamb platter, but they ran out, as I was there during the Marfa Film fest and got there for a late lunch. I had a delicious Falafel burrito and I'm salivating about it as I type up this review.

So first and foremost, before I get lost in detail, the food here is pretty darn good. And worth the visit. Funky as get out. And it may be the best food in Marfa... Because it might be all that's open when you are looking. I don't really get the ad nauseum reviews of this location proclaiming it the best... More

The Food Shark is no ordinary food truck! At a taco dinner, Katy served not only delicious chicken and shredded brisket tacos, but also amazing falafel tacos with tzatziki sauce and great salsas!
