Pancake House is an institution in the LBK. But more importantly, when you ask your friend who is a health inspector where they would go for breakfast, without hesitation that person said - Pancake House. Good, legit and honest food from honest Christian folks who are proud of who they are and proud of what they do. Omelettes are honest... More

Fast, friendly service, and a nice atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, although they forgot about my waffle cooking in the waffle iron so I had to wait a little for a new one to be made. No worries, I call it dessert!

This is where the Texas Rangers eat! Be prepared to wait for breakfast on most mornings. There is a wide selection on the menu, choices for healthy eaters as well.

This place has your mom's style of breakfast. It is very good and if you don't feel like cooking your morning meal, this is the place to come. It has a great environment with friendly staff. They are pretty quick to get your meals. If you do not like being in a crowded place, you may try to avoid the... More

This is a good old fashion breakfast restaurant. Very popular with the locals. Expect a wait. They offer a variety of interesting pancake flavors. To name a few - sweet potato, fruity tutty & southern pecan. Then add yummy toppings such as bananas & peanut butter. I think they make their own syrup. They also have waffles, omelettes & other... Fried eggs, perfectly cooked over medium. Pancakes, bacon and sausage. The basics all prepared very well. We don't expect much from the coffee when we eat at classic cafés, but we really enjoyed what they served here and had several cups. The waitress told us that they grind their own beans, and it shows. Our waitress was excellent: friendly, fast,... More

Fresh breakfast expertly prepared by some friendly folks. Pass on the nearby franchise joints and come here for some really good food. Portions large and so are the crowds so get here early or be prepared to wait. Check out the regulars at the counter, they look like they have been sitting there for years.

Brought my family here for the first time at roughly 12:45 in the afternoon. The bottom line is this: None of us were impressed with the food or the service. We won't be back. We ordered a number of different items, including an omelette, sandwich, chicken fried chicken meal, etc. Out of those items, only the sandwich was enjoyable. The... More

This place has been in business for decades and serves good meals for a fair price. You can always depend on the quality of the food here. The eggs and pancakes are great.

Know that you will be welcomed as part of the family when you enter the front door...it's a large family so be prepared to wait (depending on when you arrive)...I enjoy being there when the doors first open...gives you feeling of the house waking up and family members making their way into the kitchen...our family loves the breakfast, everything from...
