I love getting food here whether it be the beef fajita nachos, or the chicken enchiladas with sour cream. I can never get enough of their hot sauce and love that it is so close to my job. They do get pretty busy about noon for lunchtime during the week days.

Homemade tortillas are the best. Our favorites are the fajitas, guacamole tostadas, and Taco Tuesday. Drive thru and restaurant are always busy around lunch and dinner. MAKE SURE you check your carry out order before you leave because they are moving so fast, they often forget part of your order.

I ordered #55 and was disappointed. Was there with sisters and one ordered sopaipillas and ate all 4 so I guess they were good. The other had enchiladas and really didn't make a comment which means they were okay or she would have told us how bad it was. I ate all mine because I was hungry and not sure... More

We enjoyed our food and sat near the kitchen area so we liked watching the tortilla machine crank out the tortillas. Food was good and a good value for the price. The choice of various salsas is a nice touch. Food arrived quickly and the people were very friendly.

I really enjoy Rosa's food and their deals "Taco Tuesdays". They make their tortillas fresh and you can watch them while they are making them. Their drive-thru has quick and friendly service....and guess what??? They haven't got my order wrong!

Just darn good eats. I have eaten at Rosa's several times and have never been disappointed. They have a salsa bar that has wonderful choices on it. The food is plenty and have beer selections. When in Lubbock I will def be back.

Better than Taco Cabana. Friendly staff, food was good and plenty. These restaurants are casual atmosphere restaurants.

Rosa's is inviting. Great color scheme, very friendly/helpful staff, lots of cars and families with kids. But I don't know why because the food is kinda "yuck". I'm referring to the enchiladas (all varieties), beans, and rice. They were a bland but also nasty tasting food. Nasty may be too strong a word, but they were not good. Now the... More
