Got there when they opened at 11:00. My husband and I sat there for 45 minutes, and never had a single person stop by our table. There was another couple with 2 older children who were not waited on either. We all got up and left. Never going back.

Always busy but they will seat you quickly. Food selection is good and well prepared. Staff is attentive and meets/exceeds your expectations. Chicken Paramasean was very good. The salad and bread sticks are always good as well.

New,menus, have done away with "lunch portions" forcing you to order their huge meals. The new sandwiches filled with carbs! Certainly a total disappointing visit. Will be the last for months, ahead until they come to their senses with a realistic menu!!!!

Being from Lubbock I remember when Olive Garden when it opened. I have over the years gone from eating here often to almost never. In fact I believe it's been 3 years since I last ate here. it has progressively declined. If you are interested in a good giant fresh salad to share at your table this is the place.... More

Good service, good meal, good value, great server Was there for a birthday meal with my sister and my niece. We had unlimited soup, salad, and bread sticks. And I got a free dessert for my birthday Cool!

Not impressed with Olive Garden. Expensive for what you get unless you want to gorge yourself on free bread sticks and fair salad. Last time we were there they were out of Parmesan cheese. Food was cool and virtually tasteless. Hard to call this an Italian Restaurant

Every time I have eaten here it's been just average. Lubbock has a few other locations for Italian food. They are better, hands down. The prices at Olive Garden are high, much to high for what you get. The service is consistently good. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere. There is nearly always a line and wait to get in.

Went to Olive Garden for a late lunch to celebrate an early Friday dismissal with my granddaughter, sadly the school cafeteria lunch would have been better. We ordered peach tea, tasted so skanky, we asked for water, order the lunch duo , which has either unlimited soup or salad and an entree choice. The zuppa tuscano is our favorite soup,... More

It all began with a very long wait to place our order. Little did we know that was going to be just the beginning of an even longer wait to get our food. Like over an hour. people came in after us, ordered ate and left before we were served. Our food was ok I suppose, but we were so... More

My wife and I were returning from my doctors appointment and we talked about some place to eat that was nice and quiet with good service and a great salad. We decided on the Olive Garden. We were seated when we arrived at about 5:00 PM and were surprised that we got in so quickly, I guess this is a... More
