Just had lunch and it was very good. My daughter had salmon with crab meat alfredo. She said it was OK. I had the fried haddock dinner. My meal was very good. We both ate for $30. The lady working the counter is very friendly and professional. This is a locally owned place and YES, I will return. The sauces... More

We spend half our time in Lubbock and the other half near the Gulf. We were hungry for some seafood and decided to try the Shrimp Galley, it had decent ratings. We had fried shrimp, stuffed crab, and fried catfish. Everything tasted like a cheap frozen dinner. The crab had almost no taste and the batter on the fish was... More

Had grilled shrimp, baked potato, coleslaw, and rice. Service was great with friendly people. Have had seafood gumbo and stuffed crab also.

We eat there several times a year, usually on Sunday evening after church. .At times we meet there as a group of 4 or 5 couples. We are allowed to put several tables together to make a good group setting. The food is consistently good .The prices are reasonable and a good selection. You go in and go to the... More

Pretty good food served by super-friendly, helpful people. The fried shrimp platter I had was ok, the shrimp were pretty small and kind of greasy, but extra points for the staff who gave great service. Very nice people.

We enjoy the fried goodness of this eatery. Tried the whitefish this time and was a little disappointed, but the coconut shrimp are great! Make sure you ask for cheese on that baked potato...and try the hush puppies. They are delish!

Have not been here to eat in quite a while. Now that we have moved back to Lubbock we decided to go here for dinner. Many, many fish, chicken and seafood combos to select. I usually had their excellent catfish, but I tried the trout almandine with slaw and baked potato. Really well prepared, tender trout with a tasty almond... More

Nothing fancy here. Just good shrimp and fish. I like their cole slaw, as well. It isn't wild caught shrimp. But, it is more flavorful than those at Red Lobster. And, the prices are lower, too! Hint: They publish a Groupon occasionally, which makes it an even better bargain!

I've been in Lubbock for almost 9 years now and never really thought about going into Shrimp Galley for dinner. I guess the name just gave me the impression of a coffee house/cafe type place that had things like salads with those micro-sized shrimp in them. I never really expected the full menu I encountered when my son and I... More

We have eaten here many times. Good fast service along with hot served seafood! Excellent options and great quality! One time they got my order wrong and quickly replaced the order while I grazed a bit on other things. Fast service!

Thank Stan K
