My family loves the steaks they serve here. For my taste too much pepper. I had the trio which was good just don't care for the amount of pepper they use to season things. The mashed potatoes arrived warm but not hot. For the price I personally would pick a different steak house but my husband and sons would choose... More

In town for son's graduation, and he wanted to go here. We were first waited on by the manager, then I guess our server. This went on the entire visit with the manager basically handling the service, then the server showing up a few minutes later asking what the manager had already asked. They didn't have the wine we ordered,... More

We visited this restaurant on a Friday evening with a party of 16. The food was good. The service was lacking. The waiter tried hard but just couldn't get everything straight. He was very accommodating and funny.

I liked the atmosphere in the restaurant.. Friendly waitress. I tried their peppercorn ribeye.. It was very tasty, BUT, I ordered well-done and it came something like mid-rare.. I had to tell them.. But, they apologized and cooked litte more.. The steak was really tasty and I got loaded potatoes that I liked also.. Little bit pricy, but for that... More

The first clue should have been that the parking lot was empty. We sat at the bar during happy hour time. No bartender was in the restaurant when we arrived. Really? A server took our drink order and then we waited...for a long time. They didn't have cranberry juice at the bar nor did they have one of the appetizers... More

Went with a group of about 20 and the food was all served hot which is a plus we had our own room... More

This location does not quite live up to the reputation of other locations but the meal was not awful. It was my husband's birthday and they did not make it very special. Told us he was entitled to a brownie sundae but then later charged us for that. Also were out of several meal options and the servers were not... More

So I have eaten at several Texas Land and Cattle places but this was my first time at the one in Lubbock. The service is slow, the food did not seem as good, and the waitress was borderline annoying. She came to the table every couple of minutes which i annoying when you are trying to have a conversation with... More

Made it in 5 minutes before happy hour ended and they were quick to give me a glass of wine at happy hour prices. Unfortunately, forgot to ask when it had been opened. Red wine never holds well. Decided to try the salmon since it was rated as a House Favorite. It had a fishy flavor but was cooked just... More

Been to several of these across the state. The service here was very bad. Thursday evening, not busy at all. Took 10 minutes for waiter to come to our table. Didn't have our drinks nor bread until about 15 minutes after we sat down. Refills were few and far between. Food was good, service bad.
